Hi all,
Ive been doing piss pulls for nearly a month and the ligs feel a bit sore when I first start the stretch. I hold the stretch for 40/50 seconds about 5/6 times a day and I pull down as hard as my tissue grip allows. One part of my mind thinks this is a sign of the ligs beginning to give or stretch but another part of my mind thinks maybe I should ask the experts..

Any advice or experience pointers welcomed

Hey,

When you do “piss pull” 5/6 time by day, you stress your lig and then the lig begin to become tired.
When the lig is “tired” you can begin to do a big powerfull stretchs, and this stretchs will be more effective.

Be carreful, sometime you need a decon.

Ok so the feeling of my ligs being a bit sore is fatiuge, but thats oky because it enables better stretching. yes?
Whats a decon?

A decon break I think he means. It’s different for everyone though, I for one can’t take a break from hanging/stretching. MY dick responds well stretching everyday, I hang twice and piss pull as much as I can in the day but every ones different.

I think your dicks starting to respond well to the stretching. Keep it up.

What exactly means that your ligs ‘feel sore’? BW, piss pulls are just light and short lasting stretch, think about 5-15 secs; kinda a ‘refreshing’ or ‘recall’ of regular stretches, if it’s clear what I mean.

Marinera I mean sore like the day after you’ve had a good workout. I’m not worried anymore because I think my dicks adapted cause there’s no soreness any more, well maybe for a few minutes after the stretch, but I expect that as my stretches last for about 45 sec now.

I need to get back into a routine of jelqs and manual stretches, Its proper slipped I guess piss pulls were a kind of maintenance.
