I was wondering when hangers or people who pe 4-6 days straight, do they HAVE to have good EQ as often as if they didn’t pe that much. I know some guys hang heavy weights about 6 days a week but do they have as good EQ on pe days as they do when they take those 1-2 days of rest? I know My EQ is about an 8 on a pe day and a 10 after a day or 2 of rest. I was asking because I want to change up my routine and do it more often to see what works best for me. Is it ok for your EQ to be around an 8 if you are doing 5-6 days straight of pe or is that bad?

7-20-16: BP: ? NBP 6.75 x 5.75 BG: 6.25

10-24-16: BP: 8 NBP 7.125 x 5.75 BG: 6.25

I would consider that a good sign, I am currently on a length routine, using ADS and manual stretches.

I never have a non-PE day, I just don’t do some exercises if my PIs are bad.

My EQ is near 8 all the time, I can always get to 100+% erection with a bit ballooning, and personally speaking, EQ of 8 is not a sign that my body needs a rest.

If that would drop to 7 or 6, yes, two to three days off would suit nice.

It takes time and devotion.
