PI confusion

So I’ve been PEing for about 2 months and have seen some gains. In the beginning I noticed that after doing several days of working out that my dick would get tight and weak (negative PI) so I would break for a day or two until it went back to normal. Now I feel like I can’t get to that point and like my gains are slowing down. Should I do more intense exercises for longer or what? Is it better to do PEing multiple times a day? I don’t know when to rest anymore and I’m not getting any real PIs.

I usually do 10 minutes or dry jelqs then 5 minutes or Sadsak slinky then another 10 minutes of dry jelqs per day.

Sounds like over-training to me.

Try reducing the workload to two days on and one off. Monitor your PI’s. If it’s still too much try one on and two off. Everyone is different. A lot depends on age, work and rest patterns, diet and probably a hundred other potential variables. The bottom line is, at this early stage in your PE journey, your little guy is getting tired.

Definitely don’t go to multiple times a day; you’ll make it worse.

You are two months into PE so your newbie gains may be coming to an over. Try to find ‘right balance’ for you between days ON and days OFF and be consistent. If you do not see ANY gains for month or two you should consider having a longer break and than start with something other. But I think that if you are only two months into PE you may easily go on for at least 2-3 more months.

The Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine calls for you to increase your effort until you’re doing 10 minutes of stretches and 30 minutes of jelqing a day, so it doesn’t sound like you’ve completed the Newbie Routine yet.
