Another questions, if I reach my target length can I stop jelqing at once or gradually? And the IS the gained length decreased after a while of stop jelqing?

Can happen. Its wise to have some sort of maintenance.

I would slow down gradually and stay with something like 50 jelqs when you shower and once a day piss pulls when you piss.

I was doing fine until 10th of august when I had to stop due to loss of erections. Correct me here: I thought little loss of erection from stretching was normal so I didn’t count it as a negative Pls and did 2 more days of workout. After that I didn’t get any erection for nearly 3 days so I stopped. Today at the end of 3rd day I got a good erection for some time.

Do you think it would be good to start jelqing again after 3-4 days from today? Thing is I don’t have morning woods but just erections which have started from today. Also I get numbness after stretching so I am ditching it.

Perhaps you’re working it too hard. Are you taking any supplements in addition to PE routine and what routine do you follow?

Hi BPTony, yea i realized it now that it was indeed overwork for my unit. I did around 170 jelqs on 2/1 day routine with 10 min normal stretching. But the grip must be the reason behind it, it doesnt hurt to increase the grip and its hard to find your limits too, well i just did i know.

I had got a clogged vessel which has cleared up now ( took about 7-8 days) so began jelqing today after 3 weeks rest with 40 jelqs with very light grip. I’ll also update my thread.

Hey guys, I’m little bit confused, I’ve cutted my routine in half for last 3 days it is like 5minutes warm up, 5 minutes jelqing and 5 minutes warm up(down). I’m experiencing positive morning woods, but when today on day four - forth day in row, I cant do proper jelqing because my penis is not enough hard to do it properly.

So my question is, m I overdoing it again even if I’m experiencing hard morning woods?
So i think I still need days off I will try 3 days on 1 off, and then 2 days on 1 off.

You are tired.

Morning wood is after a nights sleep. If you are tired later it means you are not resting enough even though you are sleeping.

Take a few days off.

Look at other factors in your life that might influence it. In my specific case, after I come back from the gym and do my routine the stretching goes perfect, but jelqing does not. Now since I don’t do anything with my dick at the gym, the conclusion for me here is that my body is tired and just needs to recharge.
Not getting an erection or partial erection can be caused by unrelated things (see some examples about people with ED, they tend to have or have had stressful times).

What I do personally in my ‘after-gym’ case is to kegel some blood into my penis and still perform the jelqing. Just make sure you keep watching your PIs! If it turns negative it means it doesn’t work for you.

Man I’m scared as hell to start this. I’ve heard so many stories of people hurting their self on the first go round and not being able to have an erection due to injury

I’m at 6.5 x 5 inch girth even, while I think I’m a good size, I would hate to back track and lose natural girth. There is no possible way to hurt yourself permanently or lose size permanently.

Loss of size in my opinion occurs temporarily and only when you had given your penis a beating and its healing defending itself as well. Let it rest properly and you are back on track.

Personal experience. You can measure different size in any day even without PE. It’s something every penis does.I always take into consideration the highest repeated measurement to define size. I have twice measured 7.2 erect length in 3 last months. 7 out of 10 times I measure 7 erect length. Sometimes I measure a little less. So I go with 7.
