Penis Reduction Video

What a terrible fate to be blessed with a tool of such massive dimensions and not have it work properly.

"We have met the enemy, and he is us."

If I had a jumbo cock like that I would never want it reduced: I am sure I can find women happy to handle it.

“All the king’s horses and all the king’s men
couldn’t put Humpty together again”

This look like an example of the cure being even worse than the disease.

"We have met the enemy, and he is us."

What I found most curious about the footage was: that in spite of the fact that the operation was performed in a very Islamic country, the narrator was a woman. I was also wondering if some of the attending nurses were female as well. I wonder what the Sharia laws on penis handling are?

Other than that, the film just gave me another reason not to trust surgeons. Their work seemed sloppy and un-prepared. That is born out by their having to repair their butchery with the tunica graft and by the fact that the entire procedure was a complete failure.

They’re surgeons and surgeons. We must no generalize the bad judgement.

Here in Brazil, we have (with no favour or vainglory) some of the best plastic surgeons. (Prof. Ivo Pitanguy is renown in all the world and had received the larger honours in his speciality). However, they’re others not so notorious but excellents, like Doctors Paulo and Marcelo from the Hospital Regional de Betim (a public hospital with no costs to the patients) that made the successful (second in the world) surgery of re-implantation of a human penis torn away violently by one tractor axle that caught the pants of his worker and his penis together. (The other successful re-implantation was in Texas, from one identical accident many years ago). This surgery was immensely difficult than that of Bobbit that had his penis simply cut, not torn away. So, in spite of the bad ones, let’s pay homage to the good surgeons. From all the world.

There’s good and bad surgeons, just like there’s good and bad engineers, drivers, butchers, plumbers…

Interesting video, really.

Ivo Pitanguy, is a genius.
He is a very good and generous person who has gained fame as a plastic surgeon, even though he actually is a RECONSTRUCTIVE surgeon who has cured thousands of poor Brazilian kids injured by the fires which frequently take place in the favelas, without ever asking a dollar for his work.
Only afterwords, he started making money by remodeling actresses and VIPs.
He never quit offering his talent to help people in need.
I would leave him out of this issue, as he is obviously an exceptional person and doctor and thus not significant for a statistical observation.
The chance to step into a surgeon with skills comparable to those of Ivo Pitanguy is very close to 0.0%.

At any rate, had I had such a huge piece of meet between my legs I would have kept it and used it a lot and happily.

That did not have a happy ending. Poor guy.
