Since this thread has been raised from the dead , I would like to add something here.
I had created a thread some time back where I said I was afraid that my abdominal exercise could hinder my length gains.
Somewhere at the back of my head I was worried that the exercises would tighten up some muscles\ligs something that would make it more difficult to stretch the inner penis out.
As some of the answers pointed out in reply to my thread , there was no reason to stop ab exercises since they don’t have any effect on PE.
But we don’t know for sure.I don’t know why I continue to have this apprehension about doing any exercises that affect anything in the groin\pelvic region.
I continue doing the exercises anyway since I want a better body too
