Buried away in another thread is a chart which I think may be useful to people contemplating the minimum weight they need to use to get a good stretch. In the chart, strain is used and is simply stretch/original length, so the bigger the strain the bigger the stretch.

The chart also illustrates how the penis is more easily stretched when heated.
