OK guys I have a problem, hoping you all can help me out. School has started once again and with being so busy I have less time to PE than normal. I was hoping to do around 30 minutes a night of PE, but I’m tired at the end of the day and normally just go to sleep because I need some rest. Now I have no time during the regular day either and my only real time is weekend nights. So is there any specific routines or ways to still gain some while only PEing twice or 3 times a week? Should I just do a lot of PE those nights? Because I was seeing good gains but now those have stopped because my PE has almost halted as well. Thanks for reading.

I would definetly up the work out if you were doing it only 2-3 days a week because you simply have sooo much time to recover. This could even improve your gains considering that rest is more important than the actual work out. I took a four day break that’s ending today and I definetly gained noticably, especially in the flaccid department just from resting. Don’t take this in the wrong way and OVER work but you could probably safely up your time anywhere to 45 or 60 minutes.


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

Yes I am having the same problems with finding the time to PE for the same reason. You COULD do 2-3 days of HARD pe a week as suggested, or you can even try peing lightly whenever you can with short routines after showers, using the restroom or before you sleep for maybe 4 or so times a week. by short routine, I mean a quick “tug” ,stretch, or jelq.

Try different things out and see what fits you best.

I have 3 suggestions:
- You could do 5 minutes of hot wrap + 10-15 minutes of jelquing (that’s what I do) -everyday
- You could wake up a little earlier(about 15 minutes or so) and jelq (that’s what MANY folks do hehe :) ) - everyday
- You could do jelquing 3 time a week, for a long period, but I think this is not the proper thing to do =/

Note: my friends (girls) and many other women told me they prefer MUCH MORE GIRTH than width, cause a big girth = pleasure, a big width = pain
That’s why I only focus on jelquing, even though my penis has 5 inches on length
Note 2: Even doing only 10-15 minutes of jelq daily, I am having a great progress =]

Hmm well I think I’ll try for 45 to 60 minutes a night maybe 2 nights a week or so and then do light jelqs and and stretching a couple times during the week for maybe 5 minutes at a time. I’m going for length right now because I’d like to get that first then move onto girth. Well hopefully this works and I hope what theskyisthelimit said about rest is true.

Hope you don’t mind investing 10 or more years chasing gains. Just a thought.

I’m sorry if I seemed harsh, after reading it again it does seem that way. However, my suggestion is to be very patient with such a light workload. Who knows?, maybe you will gain more than normal we are all different. I really don’t believe in a cookie cutter routine, it is more of an educational ride rather than using brute force.

I would sure pull the hell out of it every time I took a piss if I was pressed for time.

Since you are busy studying, and you are interested mainly in length gains right now, I would suggest hanging and using an ADS. These two forms of PE doesn’t require a lot of time as you can study at the same time as you PE.

Mr.Nine: No problem you didn’t really sound that harsh. I’ll probably try stretching every time everytime I take a piss then every stretch helps.

Peter: I would try that but I don’t have any devices I can use to hang or ADS with.

You can buy or make devices yourself. A Captains Wench can be made for probably around $10.
Golf weights as and ADS can also be purchased for a few bucks.

Mr.Nine isn’t being harsh, he’s stating the facts. Either you have the commitment to do it or you don’t. You can do PE now or do PE later, choose when you want to commit.

If you’re too tired to PE from just going to school, then you might as well give up now because you won’t get anywhere doing PE once or twice a week. If you want it bad enough, you’ll make the time. It’s not like a workout takes so long anyway. Stop being a baby.

Did I say anywhere that I just am tired from school? No, I do more than just go to school everyday, I said I wanted to do PE at night but I’m too tired because of all I’ve done during the day and the fact that I’ll have to get up early the next morning. Maybe it’s easy for you to just make time whenever to PE, but it’s not for me. Don’t be a fucking asshole just because some of us don’t have a ton of time to do this while you do.
