PEing for a Month - Questions

I’ve been PEing for a little over a month now with the newbie routine, and I just wanted some feedback on my progress. I started at a BPSFL and BPEL of 7”, and now I’m at a BPSFL of 7.25 and a BPEL of 7.125” (difference of 1/8 inch). I stretch with JAI, V, Circles, BTC in sets for about 20-30 minutes, and jelq with 3-4 second strokes at about 30-70 percent erection for about another 15-20 minutes. Warmups are included. I’m doing this about 4 days out of a 7 day week.

So here are my questions.

1) Is it pretty typical to achieve stretched flaccid gains over erection gains? What’s up with the 1/8th difference?
2) I don’t know how it’s possible but my NBPEL has stayed the same. How does one gain BPEL and not NBEL?
3) The micro-tears are caused by jelqing, correct? And this is what heals over time and causing gains. Is there anything that should not be done during, say, the 24 hours proceeding a session that could hinder those gains? I’m curious as to why I’ve made no girth gains but I have made length gains.

Also, I’ve had no girth gains as of yet.

Overall I’m satisfied and plan to continue this routine for the next several months regardless of the ruler. I definitely have enjoyed the increase in my general erection quality and the morning wood is getting better. Just as a note, this was something I saw a decrease in which concerned me, and caused me to find this site.

Start: 6/30/2007 - (NBPEL 6.25", BPEL - 7"), (Mid EG 5.25") (Base EG 5 3/4")

11/10/2007 - (NBPEL 6.75", BPEL - 7.5"), (Mid EG 5.5") (Base EG 6")

Goal: 7.5 NBPEL, 6" Midshaft EG

1) Well yeah. I didn’t gain much flaccid length until I started stretching, so your penis must gain more stretching than jelqing.
2) Perhaps it’s your fat pad?
3) From what I’ve heard, standard jelqs seem to be the best for girth.

Overall you’re doing well, but I think that you’re overdoing it. Your penis could probably grow well without so much work. All you’re doing is conditioning your penis to withstand jelqing/stretches. Good luck Jake!

Well, yes because when you are flaccid, your dick isn’t as thick and can therefore be stretched out further. Plus, you dick is more elastic when your soft so you can probably stretch that extra length out of it when your measuring if you really wanted to..

2) Because when you gain, the skin doesn’t stick to your pubic bone like gaff tape, nice and taut.. It will probably follow the skin attached to your shaft and get pulled out slightly with it..
Don’t worry about it, the NBPEL is normally the last bit to see noticeable gains.

3)Micro-tears are caused by anything which exerts force on the tissue of the penis.. Stretching, Jelqing etc will all do this.
Girth takes longer to achieve than length. Be patient.
