PE while on vacation
Hey guys. I am going to be on vacation with my family for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, this will leave me little in the way of private time for PE (all shared Hotel Rooms). My current routine consists of 3 x 10 min manual stretching and 2 x 15 min Clamping. I can conceive of possibly getting in 1 discreet set of stretching and 15 minutes of clamping while laying in bed pretending to be asleep. Maybe 5 minutes in the shower. Any other ideas?
