PE twice a day Vets, please comment

I’ve been doing PE for more than three months consistently, and I’m worried about hitting a plateau. I’ve followed the newbie routine to a T, but don’t want to do it for another month or two only to get no results. Tonight, I had an idea: Do the newbie routine, with 2 on and 1 off, but increase it to where on those 2 days on I do it *twice* a day. I was thinking that I could do the normal newbie routine before bed, go to sleep, wake up, and then do it again. I usually get 10 hours of sleep a night (I’m a lazy college student ;) ) and figured that might be enough recovery time, especially if I’ve somewhat conditioned after 3 months of good PEing.

I’m not going to follow through with my hypothesis until I hear some responses, but what do you guys think about this? On one hand I am a believer in “less is more”, but on the other hand I’m a believer in some of the gainers on this board who say that you shouldn’t let your penis retract/turtle. Overall, what do you guys think about doing the newbie routine twice a day, two days on and 1 day off? Of course I’d make sure I didn’t overdo it through discoloration or pain, but if I could do it twice a day without any negative PIs, would that be a good thing to do?

You would be more likely to get good results by doing the newbie routine once a day, seven days a week then doing the newbie routine twice a day at 2/1. Try this for a while and if it doesn’t work, start advanced exercises.

Try splitting up your routine, say jelq in the mornings and stretch at night, but extend your sessions a little. Try it for a couple of weeks then re-assess if it’s working for you. It is easy to overtrain if you don’t get enough recovery time.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I got great results early in my PE career by doing two sets of PE each day 5 days on and 2 off. They were shorts sets about 20-25 minutes each that consisted of mostly jelqing and some squeezes.

I wouldn’t do it but you are still in experimental stage so experiment, find out what works for you what doesn’t.

Thanks for the input guys. I’m thinking of doing a 15 minute stretch session when I wake up, then the newbie routine before I go to bed, 2 on 1 off. This will hopefully target length as much as possible. I’m going to see how it goes and then “possibly” looking into hanging etc.

Sorry to bring this back but I’m curious to know whether this has worked for you….

Definitely go twice per day. If you are intentionally taking days off, I’d eliminate those first.

Once or Twice

After a year of PE, I have found that in my opinion—-we are all different. We react differently. One of the fine things about PEing is experimenting with this fact in mind. Depending all sorts of factors such as age, type of labor you do, opportunity or physical conditioning.twice a day might be fine. I’m toying with the idea of one day on and one day off now. Up to this time it has been twice a day, five days a week. At 74, I think I might get too tired.

I actually just stuck with the newbie routine but took less days off. Usually I’ll go Sun/Mon/Tue, Wed off, Thur/Fri, Sat off. I’ve been keeping up with PE very well in terms of how *many* days I do my routine, but not so well on *what* days I do my routine. I’m just about to complete my 4th month of PE and am going to redouble my dedication and efforts for the next month to see if I can squeeze out a little more than I have in the past month and a half or so. If that doesn’t work very well, bring on hanging!
