PE Squats for Lig Pops
Do the normal left right up then straight out reverse klegal stretches for thirty seconds. THEN while holding straight out stretch transistion into downward stretch and squat with with heals pointing toward each other while keeping posture straight. Then do reverse klegal stretches down left right and THEN down again. On this last reverse klegal stretch hold it and stand up. I’ve done this 4 times and have gotten 3 lig pops so far. Just sharing a little of my experience. Hope it helps.
The fact that I’m a newbie in terms of attempting to gain length (doing stretches) could just make this a coincidence. I’d be interested in any thoughts or comments on the method.
