Do the normal left right up then straight out reverse klegal stretches for thirty seconds. THEN while holding straight out stretch transistion into downward stretch and squat with with heals pointing toward each other while keeping posture straight. Then do reverse klegal stretches down left right and THEN down again. On this last reverse klegal stretch hold it and stand up. I’ve done this 4 times and have gotten 3 lig pops so far. Just sharing a little of my experience. Hope it helps.

The fact that I’m a newbie in terms of attempting to gain length (doing stretches) could just make this a coincidence. I’d be interested in any thoughts or comments on the method.

Yes, occasionally so I guess it’s just me. Could be a good stretch though. SLOWLY stand up while holding the straight down stretch. I get the pops more often when doing this. What the heck is it anyway. Am I failing to lock in the gains after these lig pops cause my cock is not gettinng much longer that I can tell. I’ve had about 10 lig pops in my life. But I’ve never done much stretching.

A little backround might help. I’ve never dedicated myself to pe really so I havent’ gained anything much. It’s hard to tell cause I never took initial measurments. I don’t think I’ve gained anything permanent. Sometimes my cock looks small but if I jelq for a little while or do a few squeezes it looks fairly massive. Maintnenance is key. And I’ve ONLY gained girth. I can hit over 6 after a good jelq session. I’m basically 6 by 6 after a jelq session. If I’m flaccid I can stretch my cock 8 inches bone pressed.

BIG DEAL. IT’S TOTALLY IRRELEVANT. My cock is 6 inches long. NON BONE PRESSED IS KEY.

I’d love to get more length. My LOT is about 12 oclock….I’m not sure If I even have a LOT because my pc muscle seems weak to me. I’m trying some hanging klegals to strengthen it.

Anyway, I thought I’d share my experience. Maybe someone else will try it and benefit from it. Who knows
