PE schedule affect gains?

PE schedule affect gains?

If I do stretching exercises at 11:30PM and do jelqing exercises at 7:30AM, will that hinder my growth or affect it it anyway?

If I can do two sets of excersizes hours apart, then how many hours should I have spaced apart?

I don’t think so. I feel that being consistent with your schedule and patient is most important.

Anybody else ever tried doing stretching in one set and jelqing many hours later?

Not if I can help it. I like getting it done in one shot.

Thank you so much DLD and others. I seriously appreciate everything you guys have done. This is the first and only forum that everybody treats you with respect and tries to help each other. All the other forums I’ve been in just ends up in flaming, spam and bitterness (trust me I’ve been in many forums too). I hope I’ll be able to reach my goals and whilst that learn many techniques to help others as you guys have done for me.
