PE on the move..

Hi all,

There is a better than decent chance I shall be travelleing soon with a friend, to Australia. Anyway, as you can imagine for at least the first few weeks it’s going to be pretty chaotic to do PE. I have a great routine at the moment which is basically a shit load of stretching followed by PE weights or fowfering. The chances are initially I am going to be sharing a room, so does anyone have any tips how best to if not keep my routine going to at least keep my gains there?

Ideally I’m looking for a portable warmup device, and suggestions on a routine. PE weights are gunna be tough to use until we sort out a place unless I fancy them hanging outta my shorts lol.

I was thinking of memorising bennett’s v stretch routine, plus doing several 5-10 minute sessions throughout the day. The heat source is the biggie though..

Ha, you will not need heat. Your going to be in Australia! Heat is all around you.

To be honest if this is going to be like a gap year abroad I would say enjoy it and don’t think about PE too much. This should be the best time of your life!

I would say whenever you go to the washroom, do the piss pull and perhaps a few jelqs if you can get it up. If you can’t get it up do some wet flaccid jelqs. Just a bit of jelqing and pulling everyday should maintain what you gained and perhaps you will even grow a bit more doing this over time.

I travel often and my experience is that it is very difficult and in most cases impossible to be able get a decent PE sessions done, let alone being able to have a routine.

Haha thanks man, that’s really what I was looking for. Hopefully stay there for the 2 years, since I broke up with the ex I have literally nothing in my hometown anymore.

Yeah I figure the only way I’ll get anything near a routine down is if we end up renting a house, which a few of my friends did but even that is relativley short term.

I won’t stop PE but I will have to get the notion of any big gains out of my head I think, and focus more on real slow steady stuff. Yeah true about the warm up lol should just shove a washcloth on the windowsill for half hour lol.

Sounds like you are going to have an awesome time there! Yeah big thing is to let the thought of gaining go for a bit so that you won’t get disappointed and just do maintenance until you get the point that life down under will get more stable.

When I first went abroad for a long time I unfortunately did not do any maintenance didn’t even think about it so I lost some gains back then. I restarted again at the beginning of June and now have a 4 month window of where I can do consistent PE as my life will finally have a routine for the first time since many years (even though it’s just for a few months).

I’m trying to Reach my goal within those 4 months and after that when my life goes back in to my normal mess of a schedule being everywhere and nowhere I am going to just keep maintaining. But seems nothing goes like planned as I will already be traveling next month which is 2 months earlier then I expected. This will only be a 2 week trip but still it messes with my plan. After September I will be gone for 6 to a max of 12 months.

Let’s hope we will both be as lucky as some of the other TP members who gained during their maintenance routine!

If you know ur roommate well enough bring it up in conversation at some point.

Don’t be fooled that its hot all year round in Australia. Most of the population live in the South and its definitely not warm at the moment. In fact its shite and cold.

Use extender under the pants.

Lord Harris, I just got home from Australia after being there for about 8 months. I found it very difficult to do any form of consistent PE when travelling around. I mostly did piss pulls and a few jelqs when I went to the loo. I always cherised the occations when I’d have a room to myself or stayed at a friend’s place when they weren’t home or anything though.

And yes, listen to robbie7au. I’ve NEVER been so cold in my LIFE as when I was in Australia simply due to the fact that their houses aren’t insulated. If it’s 10 degrees outside it’s not far from it inside. Here in Sweden it’s always around 20-25 no matter how hot or cold it is due to our crazily insulated houses :) .

If you’ve been at it a long time, you could just take the 2 weeks for a decon break. That will relieve a lot of stress with finding the quality time with your dick and privacy. :)

Actually, I’ve been looking for a cheap Theraband source myself. It’s pretty good stretching and can be done on the DL under loose pants or sleep pants. Just a band, 3/4” velcro strap and some baby powder, packed separately shouldn’t raise any eyebrows.

Girtha, this crossed my mind as well lol, I figure I tell them they are golf weights or I have them posted out. BTW what weight are you using with these now?

Well I have PE’d on and off for 3 years, with good results I may add, but have finally got a really good routine down and bang pesky travel plans crop up. Good point about the theraband, I use coban co-flex and you could definatley traction wrap with it, may experiment with the thereband too,

Two pounds, a set of three with the tapered end ring. In the full body scanner it looks like I’m sporting a 9X7 flaccid.
