PE on the move..
There is a better than decent chance I shall be travelleing soon with a friend, to Australia. Anyway, as you can imagine for at least the first few weeks it’s going to be pretty chaotic to do PE. I have a great routine at the moment which is basically a shit load of stretching followed by PE weights or fowfering. The chances are initially I am going to be sharing a room, so does anyone have any tips how best to if not keep my routine going to at least keep my gains there?
Ideally I’m looking for a portable warmup device, and suggestions on a routine. PE weights are gunna be tough to use until we sort out a place unless I fancy them hanging outta my shorts lol.
I was thinking of memorising bennett’s v stretch routine, plus doing several 5-10 minute sessions throughout the day. The heat source is the biggie though..
