PE is not a science . but has the potential.

.. Unfortunately, PE is not a science.

Unlike some procedures in medical therapy PE has not been under rigorous scientific examination.

Impression (from my personal experience): PE works.

Problem: it is quite difficult to find out which procedures, or combinations thereof, are most beneficial to reach specific individual goals (length and or girth gains).

Proposed solution: a systematic study, which we should design TOGETHER and perform in this forum.

Input very welcome.

The whole history of Thunder’s PE forums etc is as close as you’ll get.

Plus why do you want PE to be scientifically proven? Then everyone will do it and it will have been pointless; you’re ahead of the game, enjoy it.

Jelq my boy, jelq like the wind.

The same ‘problem’ has existed with massage therapy since before Galen. Every therapist uses slightly different techniques, but get results. Massage is not ‘proven’ by the medical community, but has continued successfully for several thousand years. We don’t need proof.

I would rather PE were an art than a science.

Im with Klayton, Im glad I lucked into this site and knowlegde of PE but want to keep to my own greedy little self. :-)

No way.
People are “not-doing” PE, not because it’s not proven. :) But because thay are lazy.
And the dumb “scientists” aren’t helping this too, of course.

I once started a topic in a men’s forum about PE. And wrote about the tecniques and my success.
Of all the people who’s seen the info, a very little portion of them got interested- asked questions.
And much less tried it.

And there was a bombardment of: this is not scientific- potentially harmful- what, are you insecure? - pointless, women don’t want big anyway- the only way to do it is by surgery- yada yada.. followed of course..

Having been armed by the info and discussions going on here on Thınders, I successfully replied all those. It was trying on the nerves, yet fun :)

What I wanna say is: considering my experience, I don’t think many people would still be interested in PE, either if they knew about it. Because there’re tons of negative bullshit ideas surrounding penis size issues. And most guys are brainfucked by them.

Also a major portion of guys are simply not interested.

For me it’s very simple: “I like it- I want it- So I do it”. This is enaugh “proof and reason” for me.

Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

Klayton - I don’t want scientific proof - I already know it works. I (and many others) would like to know what works best for our individual goals (best=fast, no injuries).

Firegoat - again - I am not after acceptance by the medical community. And personally - I have the proof that it works just by checking my PE statistics.

I would rather like to know how to get where I want to be.

I believe it’s the same with Chiropractors. They aren’t actually medical doctors but they do hold a PHD in the field. Many people swear by this as well but I don’t believe the medical community as a whole will ever put their stamp on it.

ttt,

I think the problem with your theory is that there is no “magic bullet” routine or exercise or method that works for every guy. Some guys gain length from jelqs, other don’t. Some guys make gains from stretchers, others don’t. Etc, etc,…

I have done more torture to my dick in hopes of gains, and discovered what works for me and what doesn’t. I have made nice gains (over 2 inches EL), but it has taken me around 6 to 8 years. I am gaining again with the use of AndroPenis. I think I could have gained more, quicker if I would have used this thing years ago. I swear by it, others don’t like it.

PE is much like bodybuilding. It is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. Each guy has to experiment with exercises, routines and products, and determine what works for best for him.

I agree with lots of the statements here. What works for some will obviously not work for all. Everyone is going to respond to different things just like bodybuilding. While some still dismiss the fact pumping produces permanent gains, my results speak for them self. I think its more so my routine and rest times than just pumping alone that have contributed to my permanent gains but none the less, it works.

You’d need a pretty complicated lab set up to pull that off. There are so many methods being used here; none work for all. How to measure the pressures that each man is applying to make it all equal? And for controls, who here would want to be in what passes for the “Placebo Group?” :)

I’m in 100% agreement with that. That’s why people pay huge money for “magic pills” .If they can get what they want by buying it , or just taking a pill, they may do it, but if it involves sacrifice or dedication or hard work, most won’t. I probably made the most gains, when I was getting up at 5:00 am every to do PE because that was the only time I could have the privacy to do it. I sacrificed for it and by golly I was NOT going to waste that time. I’m in a little bit of a “lazy” stage now, but I do understand sacrifice and dedication when it’s something I really want.

It would be a great pleasure to meet with you here.

Why do you think he started this thread?

Let me tell you the secret that has led me to my goal: my strength lies solely in my tenacity.

Iquana -

May “he” answer himself?

"He” started this (and other) threads to find out, for himself and all other members of this forum, the best possible techniques to reach our individual goals as fast as possible and with a minimum of negative pi’s. As many others I am impatient sometimes, when progress slows down, or when negative pi’s hinder pe-activities and thus growth.

There are other members in this forum who have financial interests (selling pe-gadgets (fortunately), books (I ordered the one of our esteemed female members)) - I don’t, and I will not, try to make money with pe. (I make my money in my ‘operative business’ - diagnostic medicine; I would never discuss pe-related issues with my m.d. Collegues - I suppose that it would ruin my career for good - I stated this in an other thread already).

So when I am talking about science I mean science within this forum, of course, and for the sake of the members of this forum, of course.

Anyhow, as you may imagine, the medical community will never accept any ‘science’ coming out of whichever forum as validated. Others have (correctly I believe) stated in this forum that the medical community has no interest in pe because one cannot make a lot of money with it. The industry - interestingly - is selling pills and gadgets with just a little marketing, and as you all know - even the smartest buy all kind of bullshit such as pills, hypnosis, and others with no need for proof when it comes to pe. Jus the idea of getting a bigger dick is worth a few hundred dollars for millions so why bother for scientific proof if the stuff sells like hell even without ‘science’.

Why do you suppose this is true?

BTW, I think this is a great idea! Count me in.
