Err… no I disagree guys. Sleep needs vary, but you should never sleep less than your needs.
In the worst of cases, better renounce to PE.
But I think in most of cases there are way to fit it in your daily time. Either you can do 2-3 sets of pumping/clamping - this would require less than 1 hour if you cut the warm-up also. Or do just 1 set of hanging, or 5 minutes of dry-jelqs, or as said above doing mini-routines of 3-4 minutes repeated 3-5 times over the course of the day.
