Hi guys. I haven’t posted in a long time, but it’s good to be back. Hope y’all are making some good gains.
So I’m on a 5-on/2-off schedule, and tend to practice PE in the evenings before bedtime (the only time I have to myself to do it), mostly jelqing and stretching. I’ve noticed that even if I’m sleepy before my exercises, PE makes me wide awake, and I have a lot of trouble falling asleep later on. It’s not because I find it arousing or anything (far from it), but I think it’s because my body sort of responds to it like it does to any kind of physical exercise, which tends to induce insomnia in me if I do it too late at night.
Compounding the problem is that if I’ve had a good stretch workout and feel nice and long, and then climb into bed, I keep on getting the compulsion to tug on my unit as I feel him shrinking back to the normal length. This, too, prevents me from falling asleep readily. Anyone else have this problem? These days, I’ve been spending a lot of time on PE, but I waste even more time lying awake in bed afterwards.
