PE in NYC?

Recently I read some entries in the “New York Sex Diaries” which a click from another website had taken me to. Without passing judgement on the validity (or reality) of these Penthouse Forum-esque articles and after noting how vibrantly these pieces paint the NYC hook-up scene, I’m curious the take that any of our NYC members have regarding the Big Apple’s hook-up scene?

I get that the meat-market and variety within it must be huge due to the sheer number of people packed into this metro, but I’m curious with some of both the male & female author’s comments on size and their general openness about all things sexual, if PE would be more widely practiced (but not mentioned once in any of their posts - and these are diaries of people’s sex lives by golly - of which I read quite a few over several lunch breaks last week) or is PE just not that well known as is the case in most places?

Same as anywhere else, as long as you know where to look.

P.E. Is rarer than hens teeth.. And of those who have been exposed to the concept, most still don’t believe it works.

I live in NY and talk to friends, colleagues, etc. I can tell you it’s probably the same here (if not more so) that not a lot of people know about PE (but I did run into a friend that coincidentally know about it and tried it). I would imagine though that pehaps a lot more are at least looking into it, it’s just that we don’t want anyone to KNOW we are looking into.

And I think most don’t discuss it outside of this forum.

I know I don’t.

I live in the suburbs of NYC and have yet to encounter anyone ever mentioning PE.
