PE in a crazy world.
First off, Let me say that Ive been a lurker on this forum for a long time on this forum now, And I have learnt and tried enough to convince myself that PE is real, it works.
However, I have a great problem with the process itself. I have not been able to adapt my self to a proper routine. I dont have much privacy at home. I’m a day scholar (doing my BEngg.) so I am also very busy with academics and loads of other stuff. One thing Ive noticed (atleast here) is that the guys with the max gains are actually guys who are dedicated to a very great extent, Whose environment is very conducive to PE or guys who are plain obssesed.
I live in a big family with lot of people going in and out, here and there so using stuff like weights and pumps and whatnot is quite obviously out of the question.
What I’d like to know is that how can I maximize the time I have for PE (Say 30-60 mins a day in intervals) to reach some goals that i have set up for this year?? I need help please!!!
