A friend of mine, determined become one of the few, the proud, the 10inchers, has begun a new routine. 300 jelqs 3 times a day with no rest-days. Here’s the revelant part: he swears by ensuring he has a powerful erection at least once an hour, to “ensure blood runs through the organ for the entire day” (he runs his own company, so has plenty of time for such a plan).

He swears he feels great and while he’s only been doing it for a month with no obvious gains, he’s sure its the way to go. I’d be interested in eventually following in his footsteps/arm movements, but wanted to know if people thought this routine wouldn’t give enough time for healing or if it was a good idea (its basically an extreme version of the Group B Experiment I’m doing at this forum) worth experimenting with to achieve the ‘quick’ gains he hopes for.

No rest days...

That sounds like an okay routine to me, but I think there should at least be one rest day a week for any program no matter how light. True, keeping the penis filled with blood might be more effective, but 30 minutes (about) of jelquing per day with no rest might be more detrimental then anything else. I, personally, couldn’t handle that because of school and work and such, so I try to work my schedule into having 2 or even 3 days off a week (usually weekends). Having time off just makes me more determined because by Monday, I am itching to start up again. Anyway, you might want to try the routine for 2-3 months to see if it works, but no rest days might be pushing it.


I can resist everything except temptation...
