PE breaks in your routine

Soz for late reply.. To answer your question I was hanging 2 hours a day I try’d SD , SO then SU each for 2 months and didn’t gain anything apart from bruising :) After 10 months I just thought ill give it a rest for a while and that’s where I’m at now.


Start : Nbpel 6.2 x 5.7

Current : Nbpel 6.7 x 5.7 - Bpel 7.2

IMO, hanging by itself can sometimes yield gains, but is put to better use when combined with other easy exercises. I always warm up, manual stretch a little, and wet jelq before anything. This expands your penis, and allows it to be worked with better when doing other exercises, such as hanging. Ever tried JAI stretches or Blasters before hanging?

Great advice XL.people like you deserve an applause. Anyway, I’ve been doing PE for a year and I took a year off. Basically I didn’t think it works and gave up. I never really saw any gains but can you give me some advice that may help me or tell me what you think I did wrong? Sorry if this is in the wrong thread.

I’m not the one who had the idea of taking breaks, but I felt like making this thread to show everyone the importance of those extended breaks. I thought our community as a whole was blind to this subject. Although I thank you for the applause, I think the people that deserve it the most would be the ones that cleared the path for me to become who I am in my PE endeavor.

Sorry to get off subject, but would you suggest a short (5 minute) jelq session before hanging? Makes sense to me but I’ve heard some people say that it may cause more build-up of lymph fluid….

Even shorter. I jelq only for 2-3 minutes when only preparing for another exercise. If I’m jelqing to jelq, however, I’ll go for 10-20 minutes.

Yes I have I did them in conjunction with a manual stretch routine and they felt good but didn’t get any gains from it. I think it was time for a break anyway. Ill be back hanging 2 hours a day and use the Pe weights I’m going to order so I should have a decent crack at it again. Going to give myself a few more weeks so I’m fully deconditioned :)

I believe you need to add something to the hanging. Put some jelqs in, or pumping.

It looks like it’s very lucrative to take a PE break.
