PE And Pimples

Ok I searched and didn’t find anything related.

Lately I’ve been having more pimples and they are bigger than usual. Specially after I added edging to my routine.

Do you guys think there’s any relation between that? or maybe the fact that my test levels must have increased a little due to PE?

It might be due to hormonal changes. I’m no doctor, but could be correlated. But body acne can be caused by numerous different things; change of diet, stress, age, other lifestyle changes, excessive sweating (if you’re using a IR lamp for PE I would assume you’re sweating more than normal).

I believe it is because of stress by not releasing the seeds, i am jelqing and edging and i got more acne than before because of not ejaculating for 2-3 weeks now i guess.


Start: BPEL 7.0 - EG 5.1 (20Feb16)

Now: BPEL 7.8 - EG 5.4 (20Jun17)

Goal: BPEL 8.0 - EG 5.7 (20Feb18)

Yes I think so too, that’s why teenagers tend to have more acne, test levels and being turned on all the time while watching porn and look at the girls.

Acne during puberty is due to increased sex hormones, pretty sure estrogen plays a big part of it as well as testosterone.
I have never heard of higher hormone levels from watching something sexual or holding a load… sounds highly unlikely imo.

As another anecdotal data point I’ve been edging a lot lately, only blowing my load every few days, and my skin has improved if anything. I did start taking Lecithin supplement when I started though which might help.

I highly doubt you’re getting more acne due to not blowing your wad man. If not ejaculating causes that much stress then take a different approach. Start out slow and gradually get to not doing it as much as you did. For example, if you used to masturbate once a day, every day, gradually decrease to 3 times a week, then 2, then 1. See if that changes anything. If it doesn’t, then you might need to look at other things. Stress from other parts of your life, diet changes, hell even the weather change can negatively affect skin (too dry so we lather up with lotion and skin has a reaction to it).

Are you taking any supplements? That might be the cause as well.

Don't use shampoo.

A few years back I stumbled upon a womans beauty blog that detailed how to make the transition to not using shampoo. Sounds weird right? The companies have told us to strip the natural (antimicrobial) oils from our head using shampoo, then replace them with synthetic oils (conditioner). Its been about 5 years that I have not used any product on my head, and 5 years that I have not had acne. Once the woman at the salon, jumped the gun on me and used shampoo during the wash. The next 3 days my skin broke out. My theory is that the shampoos and conditioners leave a film on the skin that causes a breakout also the oils the body produces are probably much more sophisticated and a perfect fit for my skin compared to something designed in a lab..

When you first start your scalp will be in “oil overproduction mode” (as it is always trying to catch up from the constant oil stripping from shampoo/soap). Once your head realizes that is doesnt need to over produce it will settle down and produce only as much to make your hair healtylooking and protected.

Google Poo free/ shampoo free/ or no poo theres tons of em now

I’ve read quite often how we shouldn’t use shampoo daily since it strips away the natural oils our scalp needs. However I’m scared to google “no poo”. Haha.

I’m a pretty “oily” person when it comes to my hair, and I sweat like crazy when I workout. Is there something you use to keep your hair from getting smelly?

I know people who use baking soda instead of shampoo. Their reasoning is, if you strip all the oils out of your hair, your scalp will respond by producing even more oil. Their hair looks good and they seem to be happy with it.
