PE and "Permanence"

I’ve taken a year off and lost maybe 1/4” length and girth, but was still 1.25x.25 bigger than pre-PE. I believe the size was stable after a couple of months off, and didn’t shrink any further during the rest of the year.

The pre-PE measurments were from when I was about 18, and I definitely lost a bit of length before starting PE at 31.

I’ve already been informed that I’m not allowed to change it! ;) Maybe I could find a better picture of Jodi Leigh’s butt, then it would be ok to change? :p

A very relevant thread! I would like to share my “permanence” experience with you. After 3 years off, I lost some but not all of my [pumping] girth gains, and none of my length gains. During the time off there was some occasional light stretching and squeezing, especially whenever I’d get to vacation with the wife [… and had the time and reason to get the unit pumped]!

A brief history: After a year of consistent 1-2x a day pumping and a second year of inconsistent pumping, I gained 1/2” BPEL [from 7.5 to 8], and 0.75” E girth [from 5.25 to 6.0”]. Note that I am giving dimensions before any pump/PE session.

After the [stressful] 3 years off, I came in at 8.0” EL, and 5.5” EG. I maintained my length gain and lost some girth. But the good news is after one month of starter work including stretch and squeeze, I am already up .25” girth!

It appears the girth gains I was measuring may have been a result of expanded tissue that had not grown or set. I was not surprised when I lost the girth gain as most know the penis deflates from the pump over time. Additionally, I had researched an FDA approved pumping enlargement product for women - the “Brava” bra. The research and results from the enlargement process clearly describes the vacuum pump effect on tissue growth as an overshoot retract process [those may not be the exact words as I haven’t reserached the web site in a long while].

I am now beginning a hang / squeeze routine and look forward to communicating my progress through this excellent site!

That’s encouraging. I wonder if the length of time you’re at a given size has a direct correlation on how long you can hold that size, post-PE.

Wow StretcHerr, you have been a member here for a year and that was your first post? Hope to see more!

I joined at a time when I was “off” and would log in to read / absorb from time to time. There is alot of great info and posting going on here! The current PE is a result of an important goal and so I’ve got to figure out a way to balance the job/life/PE all in - - don’t we all!

Overshoot retract process, eh? Right, I’m changing my goals to 14 EL 8 EG!!

Yeah ziggaman! I love those goals. Is 8 enough? :-)

The overshoot retract [perhaps “recover” describes it better?] kinda makes sense though to me. My personal experience shows that it apples to mostly to girth gains from pumping.
I have raised my goals and expect to spend time in the future maintaining gains!

Good luck, hombre!

I started PE back in 1997. I did it seriously for about 8 months whe a pumping injury kind of sidetracked me. In those 8 months of jelqing and pumping I went from 6.2” to roughly 7.6” in BPEL. (Didn’t care one iota about girth so there are no recorded measurements from that time.) Once I quit I didn’t really get back into it until the early summer last year (2003). So that’s an almost complete layoff of 5 years. (I say almost complete because I did pump a few times in that period when shacked up with a very sexually demanding girlfriend.) When I got back in the game I measured my BPEL at just over 7.4”. So maybe this permanence thing, much like PE gains, vary with the individual.

2010-01-09: BPEL: 19,7cm [7.75"] EG: 15,0 cm [5.9"]

2010-04-24: BPEL: 20,4cm [8.0"] EG: [???]

ebon

That’s great to hear!!

I haven't failed, I've found 10,000 ways that don't work. Thomas Edison (1847-1931)

I think it is safe to say that length is more permanent than girth, which has been my case as well.

Maybe we should just start some sort of dick transplant site. That would be permanent! : - )

>Is PE permanent ? <

That’s my theory: (bomkara’s theory):

1 - To keep a higth percentage of gains in PE, maintenance work is required for the rest of the life. This is not very different than maintenance required on bodybuilding or in higth levels of physical performance on specialized sports. This not means that one’s have to do hard exercises daily “for the rest of life” but just keep his “tool” in good conditions using a basic routine elementary of PE few days a week.

2 - As long the time of PE practicising (many years) as higth the permanence of gains obtained;

3 - Slow gains tend to be more permanent than quick gains;

4 - Gains in girth are more sensible to losts than gains in length;

5 - Gains in flacid length are less sensible to losts than gains en erect length (it’s the corollary of gains in flacid length are easier than in erect length);

6 - Gains or losses of 1-2 mm have no much significance: they can due to transitory circumstances as intensity of blood pressure in some erections;

7 - Good health conditions are required to have good gains in PE, so, good health conditions are required to maintain gains in PE. (Why do we have nocturnal erections ? Isn’t a evidence that the organ needs exercise ?)

8 - Losses in PE can be due not only by break the exercises, but to other causes.It’s necessary search into.

9 - The medical community dont’t believe in PE for many reasons: It’s very difficult to do a experiment under control as the scientific statements requires. Available results in PE can demand years. PE with exercises don’t generate big trade profits, so, who is interessed in pay millions for a PE scientif experiment ?

Final coment: I’m a newbie in this Forum, by not in PE. My gains (1 inch in length and 1/2 in. girth) are firm. They came very slowly maybe because the techniques I used are more soft than the exposed here( see my others posts) . I hope some ideas shown here can be useful. Thanks.
