PE and "Permanence"

Well this has been a interesting read. Thanks wad. I think it’s important that newbies start PE knowing the general outcome, and not have false hopes of permanent gains.

I personally don’t have a problem with maintenance for the rest of my life. A few minutes of PE 2 or 3 times a week is well worth it, not only to maintain most of gained size, but also for penile health in order for me to enjoy a healthy sex life, longer.

I agree with you completely, NiteFly. The gains themselves become their own positive reward. Tweaking them from time to time is not anything like the work of working to get them. And the sexual benefits are pretty wonderful.

I believe supersizeit and JAPP were primarily pumpers. Not 100%, but at least pumpimg was part of their routines.

One foot down...one to go

I think this is a mute point anyway. I mean why would you go through all the trouble to obtain a large healthy unit via PE. Just to stop all together and not exercise it anymore. Even if you couldn’t gain size from PE I’d still do it for the erection benefits.

Yes this is true.

Wow,

good thread guys. This one is definitely worth my time…Very relevent.

I’m a newbie (somewhat). I started PE in Jan 04’. I’ve noticed periods of time when I appear to have more than a 0.25” gain in girth or length. I have been very careful to measure consistently and watch for solid gain…I don’t think anyone would argue that the quality of an erection or the amount of water weight, ect…can have a significant effect on measurement. I’ve taken a couple of breaks over the last 10 months (once to injury) and taken measurements at 8 week cycles. I suffer from many of the psycological and emotional malidies that we discuss on a regular basis here on this board (i.e. lost a great girl to a well “hung” guy). I see the discussion about why we are all here as the most valuable thing here at thunders.

All that being said I guess I should weigh in here.

I have experienced several periods of what appeared to be gains in my penis size. However, I have to say, I cannot say that I have made permanent gains with PE. I will continue to do this into next year and watch this board closely. Having a bigger unit would sure make me feel great but I’m coming to the realization that PE may not be the Holy grail often talked about here. I’m certain that we all have had some sort of gain from this activity, even if it wasn’t physical. I think an honest, scientific evaluation of PE would be an excellent activity to take part in. We all have some sort of emotional stake in this. Until then….

Start 030104 EBPL: 6.25" EG : 5.6" Mid LOT : 7:30 GOAL: 0.25 in any direction...."I'm not picky"- length would be nice "GIVE ME A %&#'N INCH OR GIVE ME DEATH"

I’ve read the thread all the way thought, and at the end I remembered something that I thought about when I just began to PE:

When I began to read up on thundersplace, betterman etc., everyone was saying that PE is permanent, all the penish websites that sold ADS like penismaster, eurostretcher etc. Said that all gains are permanent. I even read up on the history of PE and it said something interesting will I will share in a second.

But what I was thinking to myself when I officially began my routine is that if I gained at all, permanent or NOT, I would continue to PE for the rest of my life, hopefully, because it was such an important thing to me to have a good size unit.

I think that a lot of people have come to expect so much from PEing. I would be so happy with gains, that I am and would be willing to PE for a good part of my life to keep those gains. Just my 2cents.

The thing I wanted to share about jelqing is that it’s probably not permanent and will need a maintenance schedule to keep what you have gained. If I’m read correctly, jelqing was from arabs or beduins or some group like that, and initially the fathers would teach their sons at the age of puberty and from then on they would jelq for like 30 minutes a day or something. After years of jelqing they would only need to jelq like twice a week to maintain what they had gained.

One other thing, the site that I was reading said that these same people who “invented” jelqing we’re able to obtain penis sizes of 10+ inches from jelqing and stretching alone. I think it’s bs, but I wanted to put that out there and see what you guys think. Because I’m sure back in the day there we’re no penismasters or pumps.

Anyways I gtg finish hw.

Later

I have no idea where I’ve read it, but I’ve also seen that about starting their sons jelqing and stretching at a young age. If I recall correctly, it claimed the starting young and then on into adulthood created units in the 13”+ range (or something like that). I shrugged it off and didn’t note the webpage. The problem is there is BS on the internet and there are facts on the internet. Figuring out which is which can be quite a challenge.

I don’t know is it the fact that I have allways been much to training my body but I never thought that I would make permanent gains with PE.

‘Megalophallus’ :chuckle:

Did I say mute point…

Maybe I meant to say moot?

Excellent point, Dino.

And I think this not only applies to the penis, but other parts of our body. It’s the old “use it or lose it” adage. Our bodies grow and develop up to about the age of 18, and then it’s pretty much downhill from there. If it’s a natural tendency for the penis to shrink as we age, then PE’ing is really the only way to halt or at least slow that process.

There’s really nothing ‘permanent’ with the human body. As we age, our eyesight and hearing get worse, skin loses elasticity, hair thins, we lose muscle tone, etc. Why would the penis be any different? We can ward off the effects of aging, but not matter what we do or don’t do, our bodies will age and break down. We eat better and exercise to keep our bodies somewhat fit as we age, but in 70 to 80 years, it’s lights out for most of us.

I just see PE as a way to keep another part of my body at a somewhat healthy level. My penis will never again be at the level it was in my teen years, but neither is any other part of my body. The rest of my body needs ‘maintenance’ to stay healthy, so why would the penis be any different?

Just resumed PE after about 9 months off, approximately. Don’t think I lost anything although I will check soon.

I tend to believe that the further you delve into a routine, and the more gains you make and the longer you keep pushing them, the longer you will keep them.

I don’t think I’ll ever be 100% satisfied with gains, so, I don’t mind doing a PE routine for the rest of my life to keep a big fat prick, just like I don’t mind eating every day to stay alive.
