PE action for this month
Please don’t move the thread, I made a similar one the routine forum but everyone keeps writing in theirs and bumping it so I never really got any comments, Please comment about this. Firegoat said he’d be surprised if I’d get any gains because I’d be way to conditioned and it would take to much effort. But yeah, I know people do WAY more than this, and hang like hours everyday.
Warm ups - May warmup with a hot water bottle before hanging if ligaments are sore otherwise I won’t and I never do when clamping. But I will do the 2nd set of hanging after a bath or shower where I’ll of done the 200 jelqs which I consider a decent warmup.
Hanging - 40minutes total belt hanging per day (10lb for 10mins then 10mins at 20lb = 20mins One Set) So 2 sets of 20mins Done at diff times of day. May possibly make it 1 hour(3sets) if I feel necessary and I can handle it
Clamping - At least 1 hour AudaClamping(Tightening and releasing the clamp throughout session) comprised of 15minute sets with Horse 440’s and bends included (lol I refer to it as auda clamping in my personal log to separate it from the times where I just put the clamp it place and leave it there. By releasing the clamp and tightening it again it allows you to get more fresh blood in and I find helps expansion too. Oh and there are days I will do up to 2 hours clamping. I tend to do 2 sets of 15minutes leave it a few hours then do some more whenever possible really. But it’s on that 2nd set of clamping closely together I get the best expansion.
Jelqing - 200 wet jelqs every night & dry jelqs after a clamping set
Stretching - I’m not sure whether I should add in stretching, like 10minutes BTC before bed or doing some A or V Stretches to hit the tunica. The belt hanging is just done straight down hitting the ligaments.
Rest days - Only take rest days from clamping if EQ is bad, only take rest days from hanging if my ligaments hurt but I may just take the weight down instead and I will jelq every day for general penis health, if I take rest days from hanging say on the weekend I’ll probably just do some light normal stretches and include the BTC A and V Stretches too.
Could anyone comment on this? I did a smilier routine to this last month but it was about chaotic, kept adding things and lessening them, unscheduled days off so would like to keep it really consistent and cover all areas. I don’t really want to do any manual stretching but I think just doing some random 5min BTC or V and A hitting parts that the belt hanging doesn’t hit may be beneficial. So Please any advise and comments are appreciated. I’ve been doing PE for like 9months now. I think I should research into making a hanger so I can hang like hours a day though. Well I’ll see how this month goes, I’ve always quit ejaculation to see if that improves things. I know it at least allows me to clamp whenever I feel like it.
