I’m on a very abbreviated, Passive PE-based workout now (as I explained in this post: New Direction). The only changes I may make are to use the velcro wrap and an ADS-type wrap (doing a FS, then wrapping it up with my ACE self-adhesive hanger wrap).
The velcro wrap maintains a lot of engorgement & pressure on the unit, while the FS wrap keeps the tunica & other structures in an extended state (though it won’t really do much for ligs since the unit is not being pulled away from the body; the glans is just being pulled from the base).
So, I’m going to altenate the two.
But I need a break from regular PE. I’m hoping that if I can cement some serious flaccid increases then I’ll pave the way for some good EL increases later on, when I resume full PE.
