Pan Or Presure Sqeeze
Guy’s. I would like a little feed back on this subject. I have been doing a Pan Sqeeze? for about a month now. I have gone from 5.5 in girth to 6.0 in girth. This is how i do it. I place my unit on a table, cut off the blood supply with the OK sign and place my flat hand over the entire lenght and put as much presure and force down as i can. I do this 5 times for 30 seconds each while durring my regular PE. I get a huge pump from it. Do any others in this group do this and does it help and what are the side effects from it?
