Pain in donut due to clamping

Pain in donut due to clamping

I used to do PE exercises including clamping regularly years ago. After a long time, I began to do clamping and just continued for three days since it formed a big donut above my circumcision scar and it also pained. I’ve stopped doing any PE exercise for 3 days. Now the volume of the donut significantly has decreased, but the pain still exists.

Is it normal or my penis injured? Should I wait for a full recovery?

I Think you should show it to a doctor.

If you are worried, see a doctor.

For sure, whether you see a doctor or not, you should cease all PE until a FULL recovery.

On a more general note, to everyone:

When you get an injury, STOP PE until you have recovered. Stop completely.

You only have the one penis. If it gets hard, It’s infinitely better at any size than one that doesn’t work.

STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

Donut no more, but pain in skin

Now that the donut has diminished, the pain is still there and it’s not in the shaft’s tissues. Instead, it’s in the vein-like things inside the skin in-between the glans and circumcision scar.
