P.E. to AVOID

1. Erect bends (can’t find even anecdotal evidence of their success)

3. “Wall Presses” (there is an active thread on these, sound positively heinous)

4. Clamping (the girth exercise de rigueur; seemingly effective, but comes with downsides, particularly discolouration)

5. Hanging with a partial erection (a type of extreme Uli with a clamp-style hanger)

Just personal opinions, feel free to add yours to the list or refute mine.

I disagree with erect jelqing. I do it all the time and have noticed awesome gains and no serious injuries. It is NOT pointless. Just the fact people who do them when they have NOT conditioned their penis and come on this forum crying about how they have a non-functional penis puts this exercises in a bad light.

In response to Klayton’s declamations against various forms of more, how shall one say — forms of PE on the margins of accepted practice, the following:

Erect Bends — I have no actual experience with erect bends. However, perhaps others will soon advocate for the usefulness of this form of PE.

Erect Jelqing — In league with Okish6er, my experience with quasi-100% erection-level jelqing has been extremely positive. In fact, all girth gains that I have achieved thus far with PE have arrived during the times I had implemented quasi-100% erection-level jelqing into my routine.

‘Wall Presses’ — I think you are being a tad too premature. Firstly, the exercise was misintroduced to this forum (that is, poorly described). Secondly, many have tried it (included myself) and have achieved satisfying levels of expansion with it while, simultaneously, not suffering any significant discomfort (read, next to none).

Clamping — All PE tricks and tools of the trade have a mixture of debits and merits. However, not all who clamp will end up with stillwantmore’s dick (if you don’t know what I’m talking about, it’s probably for the best). Many people claim, and probably justifiably, that clamping was the one exercise which, for them, brought them hitherto elusive girth gains. Consequently, and like all forms of PE, the choice to clamp should be exlusively that of the practitioner and informed by meticulous investigation into the various pros and cons of the exercise (and its derivatives). To dismiss it, however, in one fell swoop, with a thread entitled ‘P.E. to AVOID’ is a little excessive… don’t you think?

Hanging with a partial erection — You’re absolutely right. Tis a ticket to penile injury.

This goes back a long way. Do a search here on my name and erect bending.

The main issue seems to be the definition of “erect.” Some interpret erectness as the erectile mechanism in action. In that case, forcibly bending a rock hard penis isn’t a good idea. Some time ago we tried to introduce the concept of “plumpness” or “engorgement” to better describe the ideal state for bending. It isn’t “erect” per se, but full of blood. There is a difference.

Again, it depends on what you mean by “erect.” Full of blood, yet loose and squishy feeling, perfect. If it’s a raging rock hard boner, I agree jelqing is pointless.

I haven’t read the thread. Are guys still thinking the key to PE is the newest promoted exercise technique? If so, why? There is no secret exercise. If the Hobby Horses didn’t do the trick, do you really think the Horrendous Hobby Horker will be The One?

In very mild forms it helped increase my girth. Later I clamped building way more pressure than anyone should and didn’t make any permanent gain, though I got some nasty discoloration from it.

This isn’t nearly as evil as has been made out in the past, but then again it depends somewhat on the definition of erect. Bib hangers have been used, even with some weight attached, to do Extreme Uli’s. I know. Been there, done that. Others posted about doing it before I came along. If you doubt me, ask Bib about using a hanger as a Uli device.

Love clamping but also very dangerous

Of all the things you mentioned to avoid, Klayton, I think there is only truth about numbers 3 and 5.

I have no problem with clamping, however double clamping is a for sure no no for me anymore.

I dont mind uniform discoloration, but I got random dark spots from double clamping that really bother me.

Current size: 7.25"x5.875" bp

Goal size: 8.75"x6" bp

Clamping is giving me amazing girth with negligible discoloration.

Klayton, I both agree and disagree with you. Agree in the sense that what you said in your post truly does not work for me. And some of them I wont even try. But on the other hand it works for other guys good (Okish6er, jqsderrida among others).

Just my 2 cents.
