P.E. to AVOID
1. Erect bends (can’t find even anecdotal evidence of their success)
2. Erect jelqing (both pointless and dangerous)
3. “Wall Presses” (there is an active thread on these, sound positively heinous)
4. Clamping (the girth exercise de rigueur; seemingly effective, but comes with downsides, particularly discolouration)
5. Hanging with a partial erection (a type of extreme Uli with a clamp-style hanger)
