The following is my routine:

5-7 min moist heat warm up
5 min manual Stretching which includes V-Stretch
3-5 min mois heat again
5 min light to medium Jelq with 85% erection
20 min Intense Jelq with 75% erection
3-5 Horse440’s
3-5 Pan Squeezes
5-7 moist heat warm down

I do this 6 days a week and I’m wondering if this is too much. I don’t feel any pain, but I do ocasionally get a couple red dots and some mild donut swelling on the sides just below the head. I just wondering if more rest time would give me more gains in your opinion (and why). So let’s hear it!

Hey Dong,

You did not mention when did you start PE’ing. If you’re only starting now, your routine is a bit too intense imo.
20 min intense jelqing with 75% erection for a newbie is asking for trouble. I recommend to at least reduce to about 50%.
Also Horse squeezes are not a good idea if you are just starting, Waite a while till your dick gets used to the stress.
BTW what are Pan squeezes?

The fact that you ask if you are over training, may indicate that you subconsciously think that you do. Pay attention to your instincts and use common sens.

I reckon that as long as you rest for a day after the soreness takes place, it should be enough.

I’m in the same situation as you, I do pretty intense jelqing at 75% for long periods of time.

I’ve come to the conclusion that, unless your body is telling you that you need to stop or take it down a notch then by all means carry on.

You are more likely to see gains with intense jelqing sessions IMHO (hopefully LOL).

Thanks for the input guys. I think the proper way to do pan squeezes is to put your dick on a table and then press down on it with the palm of your hand using your body weight to apply the force. I do a slight modification where I just put it in my left palm and press down with my right palm. It’s scary how hard you can press without having any discomfort at all. I am not new to PE so I’m certainly not rushing into intense training. I think I’m going to go with a 3 or 4 on with 1 day off and taking days off when I feel it is a good idea.
