I recently found that doing jelqs after squeezes is much different for me than jelqs before squeezes.

The jelqs feel very different after the squeezes, and feel more productive. This productive feeling has translated into gains.

I have noticed that many posted workouts have the order of length type, then girth type, exercises.

By length type exercises I mean stretching, lower erection jelqing, or hanging. (Although these can and do produce some girth.)

By girth type exercises I mean any type of engorgement exercises like squeezes or pumping. (Although these can and do produce some length.)

Has anyone noticed a difference when they do the same exercises, but in a different order as described above?

Goal: Double digits

To clarify what I am asking here’s what I do:

-1/4 to 1/3 of the total lower erection jelqs that I am going to do
-2-10 manual squeezes of about 50 seconds. (This is “clamping” manually while gently squeezing the rest of the penis for one second at a time at about 80% erection.)
-the rest of the lower erection jelqs.

The jelqs after the squeezes actually feel like they are making it longer. There is a slight ache sensation along the shaft. I feel myself unconsciously reverse kegeling into the strokes.

Sometimes I skip the squeezes. The jelqs are the same, but they do not feel anywhere close to the way they feel after the squeezes.

If it feels more productive for you, then I would think it is more productive for you, if you get more expansion, then jelq afterward it might be easier expanding than doing it beforehand. I’m just more focused on length for now, but when I get to girth, I already like your idea on this.

Doing the workout in that order has given me length, and that is what the workout is designed to do.

So you clamp at the base with one hand, take your other hand and grab the penis and gently squeeze the whole shaft for one second, let go, and squeeze again for another second until 50 seconds has passed?

Sounds similar to Horse 440’s, you can read about those here: A Quickstart Guide to Manual Exercises

I incorporate these or Uli’s when jelqing, doing a ‘set’ of 4 halfway through jelqing and then when I’m finished.

Be a bit careful with these, they are not considered “newbie” exercises. I started doing these too early when I first started, and it was the first time that I had blood come out of the urethra. It was scary but not considered a ‘major’ injury. A week off cleared it right up. :)

Start: ~6" BPEL, ~5" MSEG (If I remember correctly) Now: 7.25" BPEL, 5.25" MSEG (After an 8 month break) GOAL: I'll be finished when I'm done.

Yep, and heed long lurker’s warning. I often just do 2, yes that’s two, of them for the whole workout.

Equine Rooster,

Your gains speak very well of your understanding and implementation of good (outstanding) PE technique.

Therefore, in this workout order which you have kindly shared with us I find greater insight to the seriousness with which one needs to consider and appreciate the concept of less is more.

Two 1 second squeezes producing enough effect to bring about a change in results is definitely subtle, very subtle. Even your full measure of ten 1 second squeezes is subtle.

I maybe wrong, but I doubt that I’m alone in needing to “lighten up”.

So uhm, Equine Rooster your last post is from 2010 but I hope you are still active (to reach your double digits xD)

I am in a similar situation. I recently noticed that stretching after jelqing seems to produce a more effective stretch (I measure this subjectively by the feelings I get; like actually feeling the inner parts, feeling the stretch and the ticklish feeling — I have these when doing the stretches before jelqs - so the penis is/was not engorged before at all, but they are very minimal).

So should I go with my gut feelings that for me jelq->stretch is better than stretch->jelq?
How did it turn out for you; you said it feels more productive - was it actually productive?
Can you please report back?
