Order of Workout
I recently found that doing jelqs after squeezes is much different for me than jelqs before squeezes.
The jelqs feel very different after the squeezes, and feel more productive. This productive feeling has translated into gains.
I have noticed that many posted workouts have the order of length type, then girth type, exercises.
By length type exercises I mean stretching, lower erection jelqing, or hanging. (Although these can and do produce some girth.)
By girth type exercises I mean any type of engorgement exercises like squeezes or pumping. (Although these can and do produce some length.)
Has anyone noticed a difference when they do the same exercises, but in a different order as described above?
