Orange bends - collective experiment
Hello everyone. I’ve been researching methods for increasing girth that don’t include pumping, clamping or manual exercises that require high percentage erection. That pretty much left me with Orange bends.
After doing a forum search, I think it’s pretty safe to say that Orange bends are one of those exercises that flew under the radar. Evidence of its effectiveness and people’s experiences are lacking and/or inconclusive. Most threads on the subject are 5+ years old.
With all of that said, here’s my idea. I would like to gather people who are willing to experiment with Orange bends and post their results so that we have everything in one place - this thread. It can be a collective progress report of sorts.
It would be nice if everyone reported once every month or two and posted details of their routine. How exactly are you doing Orange bends? What percentage of erection? Which directions? How long? How many sets? Rest days? Auxiliary exercises such as jelqing?
I’m personally going to start in October and try to measure and report every month. That should help me with motivation and consistency. We can even have a friendly competition if anyone is interested in something like that.
