Orange bends - collective experiment

I am interested in doing this exercise so we can know for sure if it works or not.

But first I need to know exactly how to do it.


Dia 1/Day 1- 15 mayo/May 2013- 15 cm X 13 cm. Ahora/Now- 16cm X 13.7cm.

Thanks man. I checked it and I was doing them like that so its good to know. Will keep doing them to see if the work for me and help me gain more.

I read this thread about a month ago and was very interested. I feel though it is still too soon for me to try them, but when the time is right I will give them a shot and join the experiment. Terrified of doing too much too soon.


Started PE 6/14/13. BPEL 6.5", NBPEL 5.5", MSEG 4.75"

As an aside, when I was trying out Orange bends, I noticed that when I bent my dick first and then squeezed, I got a far more intense, and I guess, focused expansion than squeezing first then bending.

Yeah. Slow does most of the things here in PE.

I am doing the oranges. I have done it 2 days in a row 2 times of 10 seconds each. I know its not much but I am trying to get the good hang of it and master it. I dont want to get a vein to explote or make my dick a little ball jeje.

Orange bends worked great for me! At the beginning of April, I decided to really focus on increasing my girth (after 4 months of doing the Newbie routine). I gained a solid 1/4” in less than 4 weeks. I gained another 1/8” a month later. I’ve since hit a plateau, but I still do them.

As far as my routine goes, due to the intensity of the O-Bends and based on others experience, I decided to go to a “1 day on, 1 day off” PE schedule to give myself more recovery time. I continued doing 10 minutes of the newbie stretch routine, but I cut my Jelqing time in half to about 5 minutes in order to spend about 5-7 minutes doing O-bends and a few ULIs in between.

As far as technique goes, after reading all the posts about O-Bends, I see little difference between them and Plumped Bends (see video on this website). Before beginning the exercise, your penis should be heavy and full of blood, but fully bendable without any pain or resistance.

I mostly bend downward only, across the base, middle and end of the shaft. I typically hold each bend for 10-16 seconds. I can really feel my skin stretching while doing them. It stings a little but not too bad. I occasionally do side bends as well. I’ve avoided any upward bends because I’m trying to eliminate my Peyronies upward bend (which is pretty much non-existent nowadays).

True! I believe if you gain and make your flaccid size bigger. It make sense that erect size will follow and get bigger too mean while. So yes, I think this exercise is great for girth :-)

I think that too. They feel great at girth growing. I have been doing them and I feel the stretching in width.

How long have you doin them?

I were doin them spread out the day before only a short period. I felt that this exercise fit me because I did them after my piss-pulls (mosly jai-stretches with kegels) and my flaccid were pumped all day. When I did this bends I often did slow rolls when I held the benting. In this way I worked the hole shaft from base to head..

Maybe I should put in this exercise again in my routine when I work on girth now anyway :-)

I do very little. I do a couple of minutes. But I will do more today :) .
