Optimum time between squeeze sessions

Those who have gained more than 0.5” (1.27cm) in girth primarily thru squeezes, please share what you consider the optimum rest period between squeeze sessions.

I do what feels right depending on how my dick feels. This usually amounts to intense seesions every other day. I do this to gauge it- I I jelq and I can tell that the tissues are sore than I let them heal. If my corpus cavernosum feels 100 percent than I go at it. tHis means that sometimes I can do it every day and someitmes I have to wait two days- but usually it is every other day with a good session.

And listen- I am making fast gains but I allow my penis to have lots of blood flow after sessions.
