Would you guys recommend a morning jelq/squeeze and evening stretch/blasters or the other way around?

Also I feel like timing sexual activity to be at least 2 or 3 hours away from any PE is important. Anyone agree?

Me too!

My current routine is Blasters first thing in the morning and my jelq routine at about 12:00 noon. I like to stretch before jelqing because first thing in the morning I am too tired to even think about getting an errection so it is ideal for my Blaster session. I like noon for my jelqing and bending routine for a couple of reasons. I like getting all my PE done in order to feel accomplished for the remainder of the day. I also enjoy the rest period if I’m going to have sex. I have to admit though sometimes I like to do a really heavy bend session just before sex for the added umph:D

Some times I walk out of the bathroom from my jelq sessions and go straight to nailing my wife, I’m still getting gains. I can’t say whether I’d gain faster if I didn’t do this. But after all what the fuck use is a bigger dick if I’m passing up pussy?

We’re all different. I have trouble staying flaccid first thing in the morning if I hang or stretch. My nocturnal erection mechanism takes an hour or so to shut down. So, I’d personally go with your original plan.

Re: separating sex and PE. Why? Many guys wear cock rings, wrap, etc. to prolong the expansion from a good workout. Might as well have fun in the process, assuming your dick is up for it.

I do 3 routines of stretch+jelq+bends+ulis morning, noon & before bed. In the morning I usually wake up with an extreme morning wood. It’s usually because I have to take a piss and until I do I maintain that erection (sucks having to try to bend my cock down to hit the toilet).

So while I jelq I run the hand just up to behind the head, squeeze hard so my head expands and then softly pass the head in a stimulating manner. I get a lot of precum in the session and a pulsating erection. A lot of times I’ll only be 70% erect but still have a pulsating erection feeling and that allows me to take advantage of the bends.

How do cheerios make you lose anxiety? Or were you just kidding?

Cheerios is a carbohydrate. Carbs alone produce a sedative feeling and induce relaxation. You can do the same with bread and pasta but they’ll break down into sugars in the system and produce the sleepy feeling but also can excite your system.

3 hours before my last routine I stay away from stimulants like: caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, simple sugars, artificial sweeteners.

During the day I eat protein along with sugars and complex carbs to balance my blood sugar levels and keep myself energized but not jittery.

I don’t have high sugar or diabetes, eating like this just helps stabalize blood sugar levels so i don’t stay excited and anxious.
