opposite of kegel for enhanced stretch
Hello, all. Newbie here. Anyway, thought I’d share that I seem to be getting much more out of manual stretches by doing the opposite of a kegel. Kegel’s seem to pull in. The opposite would be pushing out, ie, what you would do to make your urine flow faster. When I do this and stretch at the same time, I seem to be getting better stretches. Like I said, I’m new (this is my fourth week), but I can feel a difference with this stretch. Is this idea old news? If so, I’m sorry, I have not seen it before.
