When I first started I jelqed at 70 percent erect I could get length gains with jelqing, but I started doing all 90 to 100 percent erect jelqing/squeezing exercises and found I could no longer get length. That’s when I got a bib hanger and started to think about concentrating on one or the other. Well I hope this helps you need to find what works for you and when it stops working you have to shake up your routine to get growing again.

CL I did for awhile. From 70% to 100%. At first I saw immediate gains but they never seemed to stick so I abandoned erect stretching.

DLD AND Dino- I screwed up that question so bad I even confused DLD.

I should have just asked Dino if he had ever done manual stretches before he started with hanging.

DLD- Good answer-bad question. I did find out what you think about erect stretching though.

That’s what I did, but not that much. I think I got my gains from pulling while I jelqed. I used to stretch a little at bed time and when I went to the bathroom at home or work. I do more manual stretching now that DLD has made it the rage and has improved most stretching exercises. Now I’m trying to hit my ligs with the hanger and than super set with some tunnica stretching. I think it’s working and I feel like I’m gaining, I dont measure that often because I’m a slow gainer and it depresses me when I don’t get a gain. Also I sat on and snapped my ruler and need to get another:) .
