Over the years sometimes I would stop for weeks at a time because I saw no gains. When I started again gains came back with a vengeance. I think they work pretty well for me so far.
Short-Term Goal: 6.25" EG by 9/1/14

I will join in the majority opinion. The best thing I ever did in my most recent year of PE was to take a 6 week break and then return with a zero trauma pump program. I am now convinced of 2 things. Decon breaks work, especially if your past history includes discoloration. Starting back with a zero trauma program is very beneficial to resuming a gaining program.
