Only Having 20 Minutes Per Day to PE
I am trying to come up with the most effective way of PE’ing only having about 20 or 25 minutes per day. Lately I’ve really had some good success with my homeade Power Jelqer and I have beenn PJ’ing about 5 or 10 minutes per day. Hot wrap before and after and heat applied during with a space heater. Now every other day I have been doing about 5minutes of clamping in between 5 minutes of PJ’ing before and after. I just wanted to make sure I am making the most of the time I have. My goal is more girth than anything preeferably head size if possible etc.
Any suggestions? IS this too much?
