Has anyone tried having only ADS as a routine and gained? I think it’s so convenient that it’s the only regular PE I can do with my schedule now.

Yes, I did. I gained in about 6 months 1 cm length gain (little less than 1/2 of an inch.

I used a stretching device which I found very uncomfortable

I am now using lead pe weights (about 500 grams), but only as an adjunct to hanging following the philosophy: never let it turtle :)

Ticktickticker, just curious while on subject of ads and lead weights — do you sit on the edge of your chair all day or what to make them work? I would think, in general, that the fact that weights can only pull in direction perpendicular to the ground and that many things like clothing, underwear, sitting down on surfaces, etc. Would very frequently be reducing the force of weight hanging on dick. Is this not the case?

I am experimenting with this now. I’m using monkeybar’s vacuum hanger with the ADS cord for several hours per day. When I finish each session, I use my Homedics wrap around the base to keep the “extended” feeling for as long as possible. It’s too soon to get a gauge on results, only about six days, but I seem to hang longer. I also check my stretch by pulling my cock straight up to check how far past my belly button the head gets. I have already noted that the pull is a bit farther with this method than it was when I used weights only. I get a great pull with this method and can maximize that pull by moving my leg sideways, away from my body. I switch legs to try for a uniform stretch. Sure, I still pump a little, once during the six days, jelq a bit, and do PC squeezes, but I plan to give this method an extended run to see if I can pull some decent length gains. My total time per day is running about 3-4 hours, divided into two sets, with the wrap worn for about 6-8 hours per day. I forgot to add that I have also clamped two days of the six, but only for about two sets of ten minutes each time. At this point, I’m only clamping when I wake up with some wood and feel like doing a little extra work. I’m also mostly looking for length, since my girth is already satisfactory.

Not so far, but remember I’ve only been at this experiment for six days and I’ve gotten lots of stimulation recently. See my thread Some positive feedback in the Life, Love and Fantasies forum. I’ll report here periodically about my experience with ADS usage.
