One Year Out: Wow!

So I’ve been keeping a log since May 14 of last year, so decided it would be a good time to measure. BAM!!
Here are the stats:


FL 5 1/4
FC 5 1/4
EL 6 1/2

Ill say it again; BAM! I was amazed! After I measured, I had to measure again,…and then again. As I began to write this, I had to measure again and check the ruler, but there it is. BAM!
Now here is the most amazing thing. For the first 9-10 months, during which I was doing a fairly intense hanging routine, I gained but a scant 1/4 inch. Since March of this year, to today (two months) I have gained a full 1/2 inch. The difference was that I stopped hanging, and started doing my own adapted uli type exercise where I simply engorge the member as much as possible for about 10-20 minutes a day, about 5 days a week.

Anyway, just wanted to share my joy, and let others know that this is not BS! Also, to thank all the guys who have built and maintained this board, and all those guys who shared their information and discoveries. You guys Rock!

When you measured were you completely suprised, or didnt you notice the gains happening and that you were bigger? Maybe since you saw it everyday you noticed the change less.

Way to go! What is this “adapted Uli exercise” that you speak of?

Goingforgold: First, yeah, I was surprised. I knew that the flacid hang was getting nicer, but, I refused to let the hopes get to high. Nice surprise though.

metal ed: The modified uli thing is basically this: I tie off at the base, fairly loosely with basic small rope, do some kiegles to get fat (maybe 90% erect) then tie off completely. After that I just grab at the base and squeeze, forcing the blood forward. Super engorgement. Just let it be like that for 10 minutes, then relax. Sometimes I go for a second set of ten minutes, sometimes not. But about 4-5 times a week. Pretty simple.
