One Month Down, Any Suggestions!

Well today makes it one month of PE! I just finished measuring a couple times, but it is a little disheartening. But, I’m not giving up that easy! Below are my start stats and current, any suggestions on what I could be doing wrong or how I should approach further PE?

I know some will come out and say I measure wrong … I honestly don’t believe that is the case. My girlfriend, who is probably the most honest person I have ever known, told me it “felt smaller” when she gripped it and when we had sex. Now the decrease in size isn’t THAT dramatic, but I’ll take her word for it.

The only way that this is possible is if your erections are now weaker. That is a sign of overtraining. What have you been doing?

Actually, my erections feel stronger and last longer … but my dick looks smaller (and feel smaller apparently). I have just been doing the newbie routine the entire month with horses inbetween sets of 50 in the last week. It’s really frustrating, the break down:

5-10 Warm up
5-10 Manual Stretches
100-200 Wet Jelqs
2 Horses inbetween sets of 50
5-10 Warm Wrap

How long before you measured did you stop PEing?

Many guys, myself included need to take at least 3 days off between out last PE session and measuring to give the tissues time to “relax” and give a true indication of what we have/have not accomplished.

I’ll second that for sure. I’m usually about 1/4” shorter the next day than I was the day of the PE session.

Another thing you might want to consider is that perhaps you are causing too much damage and the tissue is scarring causing it to retract slightly. I overdid it once while hanging and lost a full 3/16 BPSFL for over 2 weeks! Oops. :)

You might want to try light daily stretching while in the shower…just 2-3 minutes or so to keep the tissue lengthened.

Yeah, ease up a bit, see what happens. And take a couple days off before measuring, like Andrew said.

PE does not shrink penises.

I think you will find in another month or two you will see some improvement. After all if you’re growing at 0.1” a month (BTW that’s 1.2” in a year which is pretty good going) it takes a while to make itself obvious. You are probably measuring very well but its very difficult to be precise enough to measure the growth until it reaches say a quarter inch. Just give it time.

I don’t know about that, I PE’ed my penis completely away. LOL

There’s no possible way your penis got smaller. It may have retracted a bit or your erections are not as strong, but that’s due to it getting use to the PE. One month is really no time at all in the PE world.

Take a few days off then measure again. When did you start doing the horses between sets? From the very beginning? It may be that your are in fact overdoing it a bit. “Losing size” is a sign of doing something that your penis does not like. You haven’t lost size really, it’s just your penis trying to repair something causing it to retract a bit.

I didn’t gain a stitch until my second months measurements, when I got a pleasant surprise. Don’t let this get you down at all.

You can do a search on my username - I post lightly enough that my beginning posts should be an easy find.

It took me 2 or 3 months to see any progress. Measurement differences of 1 or 2 tenths of an inch are not significant. I’ve posted before that I grow 1/4” BPFSL just by taking a hot shower. Your measurement differences are in the noise. Persevere and be patient.

Thanks guys for the advice. I’m not that worried to be honest. Personally, it looks like a lost a little bit, but it isn’t like it could have made a major difference sexually except a litte less stimulation (I already have to use my hand to get a orgasm from my girl), and it looks smaller, but my penis has always looked small. I am going to continue with PE, but I really like some routine suggestions if you think I may be over doing things or if I am doing something wrong. Here is how my routine developed:

I started with the newbie routine in the first two weeks. I did 100 jelqs, I didn’t do anything more. Yet, I used A and V stretches until someone told me that those would cause over working since I am new to the process. So I went to manual stretches which I do at every angle when I am in the shower at least 3 times for 20-30 seconds per hold (it comes out to about 8 - 10 minutes). Anyhow, I get out of the show and sit around doing dry & wet jelqs. I’ve been doing 100 lately instead of 200 because of shaffing. Then I’ll put on a warm wrap and watch some TV. Recently though (the last week and a half) I have added 2 HORSES between sets of 50 JELQS. It hasn’t really done much, and it doesn’t hurt or anything.

That’s basically my routine as it has developed so far. Also, for all the guys out there … so you know my goals and aspirations. I am not going for the 8x6 or anything, but I applaud those who do. I actually just want to go for a 6.5-7 length and a 5-5.5 girth. Just something that looks more “normal” and “full”. As you can see my starting stats above, I’m a little over half an inch away from my length goal and about 1.2” away from girth goal (ARG!). So I don’t need to build an amazing routine that will really get my penis HUGE. I just need a simple routine that is known to be effective that can help me acheive my goals and keep them.

Also - for whoever asked about measuring after PE. My last PE session was Saturday Night, so I took Sunday and Monday off specifically for measuring.

Good luck on your goals hopesfall. You shouldn’t really have much of a problem hitting that length goal. The girth will take a lot more work. Over an inch is a lot of gaining. Once you are conditioned you might want to try clamping. I just started and it is intense. Good for girth. Don’t do it every day though. I think you can hurt more than help if you do. Just a bit of advice I thought I’d throw out there. Take it or leave it.
