girth of the paper roll is about 5.25 1.75 tube

My toilet paper rolls always have been and always will be 5.5 inches in circumference.

What about for those of us who have outgrown toilet paper tubes?

I read a thread about using a toilet roll tube to measure girth a few months ago and tried it, just out of interest. I found that I couldn’t even get my glans into the tube, I felt great. A few days later I tried it again and my cock slid in and just wallowed around, like a pipe cleaner in a tunnel. I felt bad. Later I had a look at the toilet rolls and found that over here the toilet paper tubes vary from 4.5” to 6.5”. So that cheered me up somewhat, at least I know I have some way to go, before i have to find some other instrument to measure my girth.

As for a substitute for those of you lucky enough to have outgrown a tube (or unlucky enough to live somewhere with small loo roll tubes), how about cutting the top off a mineral water bottle and trying that. The one I have here is 8” in girth, so will probably be suitable for me for about the next 50 years at the rate I gain girth. Although, the same could be said for that 6.5” toilet roll tube, or even the one that I am about .5” narrower than. Oh well, these things are sent to try us.
