On/Off PE'er in need of motivation

First of all i would like to introduce myself. I have been lurking this board for the best part of a year and have been PEing very inconsistently during that time; everything from jelqing to hanging. While i have made some sort of gains during that time i feel the time has come to make some serious changes to my life and motivate myself to do this properly.

Now as i have said my problem is one of motivation so i have decided to post here and become a “community” member, i really don’t think i could stick at this without the constant support and “push” that my fellow PEers can give me.

I have also decided to quit smoking for good today. I believe that smoking has hindered my results mostly through poor circulation as my erection size overall varies greatly. I am hoping that through a combination of giving up smoking and consistent PE i can improve my erection strength in most circumstances and eventually stimulate growth. Although i am pretty average in my measurements i am very insecure about my penis size and hope to improve this dramatically aswell.

Measurements:

ELBP = 16cm = 6.3 inches
Midshaft Girth = 12.5cm = 4.92 inches
Base Girth = 13cm = 5.1 inches

Welcome and you know if you been lurking that this shit works for 95% of people, so if your insecure about your dick size you need only start a routine and stick with it and you will get bigger.

Quitting cigarettes

I’m new at PE, but am a veteran at quitting smoking. I smoked cigarettes for 22 years and quite on my 40th birthday. Twelve years later I’ve never had another. It’s difficult to quit and some people need assistance (I used the nicotine gum for a few weeks), but it can be done. One thing that helped me: I knew if I ever had one cigarette after I quit that it would be all over and I’d start smoking again. If you can avoid that first one, convince yourself that having one will mean having the whole pack, then it might be a bit easier to avoid returning to that habit. Good luck.

I agree with Dino. I think making a good connection here and being an active memeber holds the same mentality as going to a Gym. And like I always say, This Shit Works.

Thanks for the welcome guys. I’m really determined to do this for my own self esteem. I have had plenty of women in my time and no complaints but the second i watch porn my insecurities kick in. All my life i have strived to be the best in everything i do and so far PE is the only thing i have failed in…..until now. Dino and DLD i agree with you both totally. That was my main reason for coming out of my lurking phase and becoming an active poster, i just need the motivation that feeling part of a community can give you.

Westla - Thanks for the advice, i’ve almost made it through my first day as a “non-smoker” and as you know….its damn tough! I never had an appetite like this before, i feel starving constantly! This worries me to an extent as i am very cut right now, my non BP length is almost exactly the same as my EBPL and i would hate to lose a little length due to gaining some weight while quitting smoking.

Now all thats left is to draw up a new routine for myself and get PEing!

I quit smoking, started PE’ing , and started dieting all at the beginning of Feb and so far I have been successful in all three areas. Haven’t smoked, which if you get through about 4-5 days seemed to be easy to me and I smoked for almost 10 years, have dropped 20+ lbs, and have make some great gains actually. I wish you the best in quitting. Maybe part of my gains can be contributed to quitting. When I read about quitting smoking for better penis health for PE that was enough to push me over the edge. Hey, if you stay hungry go get you some lowfat granola bars or energy bars or something that you can snack on that isn’t going to pack on the lbs. It’ll really keep your metabolism going if you choose not to eat junk.

Wow! damn impressive Long2Blong! Congratulations….Dieting and quitting smoking at the same time has to be pure hell! You’ve made a whole lifestyle change by the looks of things and you seem to be succeeding. Thats exactly the sort of thing i hope to achieve. Hopefully i can follow in your footsteps…. Good work!

im in your same boat as far as enetering the community. i am a long time lurker and am just now starting to post. also im just starting to really work pe into my schedule. yay. hope this community mentalilty pushes u and i to our limits.
