Old-school legends and deconditioning

There are several old-school PE masters like Bib and Girtha who grew incredible volumes of dick through tremendous brute force (ie putting a huge amount of time, effort, literal physical force into PE). However, more recently, or at least in the last year or so in particular, a lot has been made of decon breaks and the whole idea that there is a certain threshold above which more intense PE may actually be counter productive in that dick can only grow at certain rate while if you PE it more than necessary for that rate then you will cause “toughening” of things like tunica and/or general unnecessary conditioning of dick that actually impedes growth.

So, I was curious whether any of the legendary guys who put on several inches did any of the decon stuff. If so, anyone have sense of how successful it was for them in reducing the effort required to grow once you are extremely conditioned as they were?

Deconditioning is not new and has been around as an important concept for longer than just the last year.

When working with living tissue it is important to devote some to recovery.

Hmm I’ve been snooping around since 2005 and I never really heard anything about decon breaks until recently, guess it wasn’t as mainstream then.
