I have been trying lately to do my routines very lightly, bordering on ineffective, to keep from getting red dots.
Yesterday I did only 100 jelqs, super light but gradually increased the pressure at the end. But still hardly enough to even plump it.
I had dozens of red dots afterwards. Everytime I do an exercise I get them, or re-get them.
My dick looks like I not only beat it with a lead pipe, it looks like I have a horrible std. (Which I don’t)

Should I stop and let them all heal and try again with a new approach?
Or should I try just various stretching exercises to continue pe-ing while it heals.

You won’t like it, but I think you should take off about 2 weeks maybe even 3 and let everything heal up and get back to normal strength. Then start up with a light program and work up to moderate. Your goal this time to avoid trauma at all costs. If you break in slowly, you should be able to find a routine that not only provides size benefits, it will also keep your cock healthy looking.

I speak from recent experience on this as I took off 4 weeks at the end of this summer for basically the same reason and have since been doing a moderate trauma free program that is giving me better then ever results.

I just came off a break a month or so ago. I was hoping to avoid that if I could. I see progress every so often, and I am afraid of stopping to soon before I milk all I can get. But DAMN! He’s ugly.

I use baby oil for lube, and lots of it. If there are any better suggestions for a lube (that cleans up easily), I’m all ears.

What about just stretching, mildly.
Just to keep it from losing anything I’ve gained.

If you are getting red dots, then you are busting capillaries. So either you don’t know your own strength, or the capillaries have not healed back to full strength and even moderate pressure is re-breaking them.

This is jelqing damage right? What erection level are you jelqing at?

When you take time off, don’t do anything PE wise. Be patient. You have lots of time to make this work correctly.

I have used these Wet products in the past and they were pretty decent. Proces seem good at this place, but if I were you I would shop around to make sure. It might even be available locally. Wet has a bunch of different formulas available and a 50 gallon drum for the really serious jelqer. :)

I’m sure I’m busting the caps. I have been really concentrating on mild jelqing.
I haven’t been using my pump as much or clamping, actually the clamping hasn’t busted any, and pumping does if I over do it. But jelqing, which I’ve been doing for the cementing/healthy benefits has been tearing me up.

I start totally limp, work with a more of a stretching type jelq until it gets some plumpness. Then I just hold a moderate grip as I stroke. But maybe you are totally correct that I don’t know my own strength. I do it where I feel total comfort, no pain at all. But I don’t even know I did the damage until I’m finished and I look at it. Then you can see the dots appear, I guess as the blood is filling back up the dick.

It’s hard to know what the correct pressure is, if you feel it is right all the time. If I felt excess strain, I’d know that it was to much.

I guess another break is going to have to happen, in order for it to heal.
February is my 1 year steady anniversary with starting back up (and finding this site) so maybe I will start back up on my anniversary.
But fuck that is a long time!

I think you will find that the extended time off will be well worth it, but only if you come back nice and easy with the goal of stimulating growth and not breaking anything. :) That is what I have done and the results are better then ever now and everything looks nice and healthy.

I don’t think it’s the lube, it’s the pressure of the jelqing re-breaking already weakend capillaries. I get the same problem. Once you have red spots once, they come back more easily later. You remain prone to them. The only way to make them go away is to lay off for awhile. I have some red spots now, but am not laying off because I don’t have any imminent sex plans.
