I’ve been pe’ing for almost 6 months now…and have gained only .25x.30. I just came off a long break and for the last 4 weeks have been focusing on length solely (stretching manually about 30 minutes a day). The extended break theory has not worked for me…neither has the focus on one dimension at a time theory. I starting to become afraid that I will never gain significant length. I have toyed with different rest schedules and always warm up and cool down.
The really weird thing is that before I measured tonight, I really thought I was a bit longer (the skin at my base seems to be stretched more when fully erect, indicating some shaft growth pulling the skin) but it was still about 7.1. This is what really bummed me out, I was really thinking it might have been my first “real” gain since my first month or so. I need to stay motivated. Sorry for whining ,but I had to.
