Scrotal web stretches from Jarod's Manual

Somebody has probably covered this but I haven’t seen it mentioned. Jarod covers “Web stretching” in his manual. Has anybody tried it and do they feel it actually works to correct the scrotal web(turkey neck)? I would appreciate any feedback. This is a copy of what it says.

“The “Web Stretch” exercise will help! Stretching the area of skin between the penis and the testicles will resolve these problems. This area includes the web of skin that connects the base of the penis to the scrotum. This skin web is commonly called the penoscrotal web. In the two photos, you can compare the unstretched skin web with the relaxed stretched skin web. A long relaxed skin web is necessary for the testicles to hang at their lowest. Everyone should do this exercise as a minimum.
With the left hand, grasp both testicles around the top with the left hand thumb and forefinger wrapping them around the top of the testicles. With the right hand, hold the penis about half way up the shaft in an upright position. The higher up the penis the hand is held, the more penile skin is stretched. Pull the penis upward which pulls the skin web upward. At the same time, pull the testicles downward with the left hand. With the left hand pulling straight down and the right hand pulling straight up the central line and top of the scrotum will be stretched vertically. Pull with enough strength that the skin between the two hands being stretched starts to feel warm and slightly sting. Pull and hold anywhere from several seconds to a few minutes. For an even stretch on both sides, switch hand positions from right to left and left to right and repeat the exercise. This simple exercise can be done easily throughout the day in the men’s stall while at work and in the bathroom at home at each urination. This achieves the fastest alleviation from the above problems”.

I wouldn’t recommend that technique. Although I haven’t tried it myself, the only thing I see that stretch doing is stretching the penoscrotal webbing even more and making it worse.

If you want to try a stretch to decrease your webbing, I would recommend stretching the good shaft skin ahead of your turkey neck near the circ scar.

I forgot to mention that I am cut and have a curve to the left. I would really like to find a way to correct the web that won’t take years. Any stretching ideas or feedback is appreciated.

Worst case scenario I guess I could get that corrective surgery. Has anybody here had that and if so what was their experience like? Good, bad, etc.

I’m regretting not being cautious of prevention. I hope to reduce the abundance of turkey neck I have created along with gains.

Just my take on it

I think and from my experience the only way in which to eliminate turkey neck is not by stretching the skin of the scrotum, but the skin of the penile shaft. Stretching the scrotum skin will just make your balls hang lower. Stretching the penile skin should eliminate the turkey neck. When I had the time, I would use the DTR and after every hour do method 2 foreskin stretch. Have a little break and repeat as necessary. In a couple of months even my girlfriend noticed that I had way more slack and grew more skin. Before my foreskin restoration, when erect if I tried to roll my penile skin over my tip, my balls would follow up and it would feel tight. Now, I can roll my penile skin over the tip of my penis without my balls riding up as much as they used to and it also does not feel tight. I thought about surgery to have the slack, but decided not to as the penis is a very delicate. I did not want the possibility of causing more harm than what has already been done.

I do the stretch Jarod described above to stave off turkey neck. One thing I do differently is to press the side of the lower hand against the base of my shaft to focus the stretch at that point & above (deliberately not stretching the scrotum).

You can feel where the stretch is & make adjustments with either hand to focus it where you want or spread it over a larger area.

Upward curves get turkey neck too..

First Post - About Turkey Neck

Hi All - I’ve been on-again/off-again on PE for a few years. I started in the low 6-6.2 range and 5.3 at the base. I’ve had success with my BPEL at 7.2 (jelqing, piss pulls, those bends you do around your wrist) and BPEG at 5.75 at the base, only 5.5 at mid-shaft (jelqing, horse 440s, Ulis - a brief amount of clamping, too lazy to do it often).. Anyway, over the 12-18 months, I’ve become increasingly conscious of my turkey neck. I wanted to share that I’ve had great success with trunksdarklord approach (erect and flaccid skin pulling in opposite directions just above the ‘attachment point’ of the turkey neck to the shaft). In just the last week, I’ve reduced my turkey neck by probably 1-2 inches down the shaft. It’s not gone yet, but I can feel my balls resting differently (if that makes any sense).

In any case, this is my first post on TP ever. I’ve always been a lurker haha - I just wanted to share my success on this approach with the rest of you, and hope it can help someone else!
