Observations, and tips.

I have been doing PE for 4 months now and I don’t consider myself an expert but I would like to
offer a few observations. The main of my routine has been the jelq, supplemented by manual stretches.

I started out with perhaps 5 min total of stretches and 10 min of medium jelqs (3 sec strokes - about 200). I worked up to 40 min (800 strokes) but have reduced to 30 min because girth
gains were coming on a little faster than I would like and feared that too much girth may slow down or prevent reaching length goals.

I started out with 6.125” stretched length bp (5.875 erect) and 4.875” girth (estimated) I have gotten to 7.563bps (7.250bpe) and 5.375 girth.

In regards to jelqing I have the impression that unless you are inducing at least some red dots/
discoloration you are not doing the excercise firmly enough and your gains will be slow or none at all. I realize that there may be a risk of thrombosis or bruised nerve but I have not yet gotten any of these and I think that a person using common sense and prudence will not likely
experience them. It seems to me that warming down after a good session is important for preventing injury like thrombosis.

In regards to manual stretches, I am begininng to think that I didn’t give this exercise enough
credit as a length gaining strategy. Has anybody been able to determine how many lbs of force
one is able to safely apply? My guess is about 12 lbs before slippage/pinching occurs. The main difficulty I have had with this excercise is getting a good grip to avoid pinching/slippage, I
have discovered that using a latex exam glove on the gripping hand is what works best, much better than talcum powder alone. I have not tried any mechanical stretcher or hanging but have toyed with the idea of using a swimcap to use as a part of a mechanical stretcher perhaps for short (5 min) intense stretches). It seems to me that it is more important to warm up before stretches to soften the tissue and to prevent injury (such as a tear of a ligament or “tendon”)

As for hanging, I might try this if needed to break a plateau in the future but for now I the time and privacy necessary for this activity.

In addition to my greater satisfaction with my dimensions I feel much more confident in both
sexual situation and non sexual social situations. I no longer have a doubt lingering as to whether wifey has faked an orgasm, I doubts she has done this ever very much - perhaps a few times but in the main she cums quicker than me.

I am more satisfied sexually than before, not because of enhanced pleasure - It feels the same
as before, but from knowing that I am pleasing her more effectively. I notice more intense and genuine moans, oohs, ahhhs, and “Oh shit yeahs” than before. I have noticed that she also is a lot more receptive to my advances and initiates much more often than before PE.

I haven’t told wifey yet, Its kind of fun knowing that she senses something has changed for the
better yet she is at a loss as to what it is. She likes sex just fine but she is bashful about talking so I don’t think questions will come for some time. Adding to this I am a fat guy loosing
weight so I can fend off questions by claiming that loosing weight makes it look bigger, should
she insist that this would not explain why she cant get her fingers around it any more I don’t
think I would have an answer for that one and may have to come clean at that point.

I will offer some advice to those of you with little private time on how to do “stealth” PE as I
have been able to do in a separate post in this thread.

Stealth PE

Like I said in the earlier post the meat of my work out has been jelq and stretch. This requires no special equipment so they should be the preferred technique of the stealth PEer.

I dry jelq mostly, using an udder cream (mainly to prevent chafing) that has no fragrance that might arouse suspicion. I have noticed that some manuals suggest that dry jelqs need to be done in two parts, close to the base then close to the glans. I think the part close to the base is all that is necessary unless you are in need of increasing head size a lot. As far as stealth stretches bare hands can work but I use latex rubber gloves to facilitate a good grip. At least for me as a doctor latex exam gloves are pretty easy to explain because of the gloves I haven’t bothered to look for a fragrance free talcum, however if I used scented talc I’d just apply it regularly right in front of wifey or gf. If an explanation is asked (doubtful) I’d simply reply that I had gotten chafed from moisture and this was prevention. Now other than the gloves so far I havent used any equipment that requires hiding, but I have a few hobbies that require equipment that I could throw stuff in the pile and the stuff would blend in just fine (A large tackle box for fishermen, and a box full of home brewing equipment should provide plenty of cover). Seems to me that we all have certain genetic penile tissue possibilites as to enlargement and that rapid girth gains would not necessarily rule out subsequent length gains. If one of your goals is to get to 6” or more girth, why not just let that happen and then concentrate on length exercises?

Since you are a doctor, I have a question. I’d like to know more about “thrombosed” veins/arteries if I have that right; the ones that occasionally seem to become briefly very hard and enlarged as if they were in spasm. Can you point me toward a net source where this is discussed? Thanks.

Sorry, I know of no forums other than this one or PEforum that discusses PE or PE injuries.
You could check in with urologists websites that specialize in male enhancement. Some of them do sell stuff for natural PE (hangers, pumps, stretchers etc, so there may be an FAQ or a Q/A section.

I have never experienced a thrombosed vein anywhere but have diagnosed them in others (not related to pe but in an arm or a leg where trauma has occurred) the usual treatment is warm compresses, rest and pain relief. Theoretically aspirin should help but this is unproven. for thromboses in large veins, full anticoagulation with heparin or coumadin and in extreme cases thrombolytic agents have been used.

If I got one this is what I’d do:
no PE for 3 weeks; warm compresses as frequently as I could; and Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day and aspirin 325 mg per day.

I see your point but others postulate that it is easier to stretch a thin rope than a thick one, the analogy seems sound so this is what my concern is based on. I personally doubt that girth is as all important as some informal surveys of womens opinions seem to convey. My rationale is that yes the stretching of the vulva (girth related is important) but just as important is hitting the clitoris which any one can do regardless of big, small or no dick, and MORE importantly the g-spot (both length, girth and angle related), but most importantly the “deep” spot (related to length and angle). cheers.

I consider mine minor. It occurs infrequently, is completely painless, and can usually be massaged out in a few minutes. Hope we are talking about the same thing: a vein (artery?) that just pops up over 1/4th to 1/2 inch of space, near the skin surface. Rather suddenly hard and prominent.

I am only curious to know if this is stress-caused or is naturally occuring with a very hard erection. Never noticed it before I started jelking (or during sex, but who could see it?).

Conversely, it may be easier to make a thick rope thicker. Dunno. Just speculating.

My impression is that girth is important, but length is too for cervical tapping (even after the cervix moves back after a few minutes).

Of course, all of this applies to sensitive women (those with capacity for orgasm during intercourse) — the kind I love.

What is the ‘deep spot’? Man i thought i was quite well versed on this sort of stuff - but i have never heard of it.

Also - i’m not convinced of the thin rope thick rope analogy - just as everyone keeps harping on about the fact that your penis is not a muscle so bodybuilding ideas don’t come in so much, well neither is it a rope.

I guess none of us really know. Damn, its so annoying that no-one has the definitive answer to these questions - i suppose i’ll just have to keep experimenting on myself :)

the hot spots on a woman:

the clit, no explantion needed

the vulva: sensitive to light touch prior to penetration as well as stretching during penetration.

the g spot, located just inside the vagina on the anterior (front) wall of the vagina, it is the back side of the urinary bladder.

the DEEP SPOT: Located in the fornix postereior (back side) of the cervix sometimes also to the left and right of the cervix as well.
I don’t remember the reference I have for this If i run across it I’ll post it. Yes, that is what I meant by cervical tapping.

So length has value as well as girth (to sensitive women).

question…i understand that if you jelk palm down and push straight down toward the floor, that gains will be minimum to none. Do you jelk outward parallel to the floor or what? Light, medium or hard? 20, 40 80% erection? Do you hotwrap? How much rest days per week?

I seem to have more skin on my right side which results in a slight swell at that point after jelking due to the pinching of the skin at the end of the jelk. I hope that its not a vein or something, but I dont feel anything like a vein. What do you think. I will monitor it and see what happens.

50% to 75% varies throughout the session. Hot wrap - depends on privacy would like to do it every time. rest 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off or something similar, being a stealth PEer I have to be flexible.
