Hi everybody,

There are 10 days ago, I’ve began a new routine based on many stretch (JAI, inverted v stretch, regular etc…) and 10 min jelq.

I got many negative pics because I trained to hard my penis.

Now, I’ve make nothing since 1 week, and I can’t get a 100% erection. If I touch my penis, I’ve just little feeling. And if I pinch skin around my penis, I have no sensation. But really nothing, I can pinch very hard, I feel nothing. No pain, nothing…

What can I do?

See a doctor perhaps?

If you don’t see a doctor, I would recommend taking time off, maybe 3 or 4 days. You have probably done an exercise wrong. Go through the Video series once more. After this, start slowly and do some light jelqing for a week.

First, just do nothing and continue to let your penis heal.

Second, learn from your mistakes.

And by nothing, that means no erections, period.. No PE, no wanking.. Keep it soft for at least 2 weeks.

Then, if you’re still interested in PE, just try to get an erection, slowly.

This happened to me.. After 10 days or so I was back in business.

If you do decide to see a doctor, be honest and tell him how you injured yourself.

Ok, now I’ve make nothing since 7 days.

Before, when I touch my penis, I get fast an erection. Now, he has lost sensitive.

So I wait, I’ll go to consult a doctor if in January there is no amelioration.

Most of newbies should have felt a lot of tiredness to their penises after two weeks of intense PEing. I believe it’s pretty common (only if you have damaged your penis :D Kidding).
Remember don’t PE for now and wait until thing turns to normal.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Could be you put too much pressure ontop of your penis where the nerves are. This can happen with v-stretches or doing other exercises with a faulty grip.

This has happened to me. A 2 week rest helps. Take as much time as you need.

I believe you should listen to the vets and stop any activity concerning your penis for a week.
